Hey all, everyone's WD points should now be back where they should be, after the subtracting/not adding issue.

We are 200,000 points below our correct score and today it took 3 wins off our stats so its not fixed and I have sent tickets with screenshots.

Whole team's score is still wrong for our team (realize this is different issue since we had no beta testers).

Flickadd the points of every single player in your faction. If it doesn't equal then you are indeed missing.

Hey CJ. before I went to work, our faction was top 200 with 262170 pts. I get back 15 minutes ago, we are barely top 1000 with 115387. This is now the 4th time in three days our scores have dropped, but this is the first time I was able to catch it on screen shots.

Our in screen individual points add up to total is 285,939

This is the first time we've lost points...the first time it was around 4k. the second, around 2 or 3k and the third time around 45-60k. I wasn't taking screen shots of battle points until after I noticed the 3rd deduction.

I meant to PM you. I was mistaken earlier. The auto reply wasn't to that ticket. It's still being ignored. I have no idea how many points were lost on that one, but we could walk away from that one pretty unscathed -- I'd ballpark 14-24k. You guys already had a hefty # going when it froze, though. I hope they're able to recover everything.

I do feel bad for you guys fighting for top 100 or better. I know. Those points are beyond yhe value they represent here. But since even if gree gave us back our missing points...it would put us top 200 maybe....and theres no prize for that. So as long as we stay in top 1k...we're not participating as much the final 24 hours. Gree made the gap from 100-1000 too big. Wonder how much money they will lose today and tomorrow because of this.

Anyway guys...I hope you all get your points back. This has been a grueling event...and we all want something to show for money and time. Good luck!

During the day today we lost about 15% of our points. (Went from about 2.8million to 2.5million)
We thought we would be in line to get more points, not have some taken away.


Yesterday we thought we were in 3rd place. This morning in 10th. Now it seems like about 20th. Well, as long as we end up under 42nd and get all the prizes!

My iPad game is having this problem, but my iPhone game gets in all 4 hits with a full health bar. Should I sent in a ticket?

Chris we shouldn't have to be telling you and contacting you, you should have code to correct this and work it out.

How about addressing the faction issues where factions are missing hundreds of thousands of points?

If you want an example, my faction code is in my signature, we are over 200k less than what we should be.

Can you look at everyone in my faction and sort this? Me 212 350 368

Oh and can you put back the 3 battle wins that have disappeared from our stats as well please.

119-477-828. Our, and my points have changed so many times, and our wins that I have no clue where our points and wins should be at. I have spent alot of gold as have others and am not very satisfied with what is going on. I know you guys are trying to fix the bugs but we do t even know really where we stand any more. The first day I counted at least 7 wins.

Won't be buying any more gold that's for sure, till this gets fixed.

from my calculation we are missing, the win lost and battle points from Friday, Saturday, Sunday and part of monday it seems to reset almost every day except for this morning.

We've never had our points restored - even temporarily - and our total is approximately 500k short of what it should be. We need your help. Our faction is down around 400,000, our w/l is way off, individual players are missing thousands of points. Nothing but problems. In the second day we had gotten our faction into the top 100, down into the 70's. then all the numbers went crazy. Next thing, we are 100000+ away from #100. Our faction plans on breaking up after this. Thanks to gree's true concern, and it is not the payers or the game. I can go on and on, but all I want is the game to work properly, for all. Our faction is black ops #1, id# 144-976-580. It's needs to be fixed befor award are given out

Another point we should not forget about: Some factions are fighting really hard to make it in the top25 or top100 or top whatever. But since all factions seem to miss a different number of WD points nobody knows exactly how much points are needed to finish at a certain place. This sucks. Big time.

Since other thread is ignored by Gree then when will be fixed the issue where 40 times stronger player can hit U after the battle all the time? Clear the attack logs or whatever. This is not normal that 58 000 strong player can hit 1600 def player even when level gap between them is over 100. During war ok, I can take hits (took hunderds of them). But outside battles...its getting too much.

We will count all the individual scores at the end and it there are any discrepancies with our total score, I will create another ticket. The last ticket that I created with regards to WD points was handled and our score was corrected within 6 hours.

Thank you CJ54 for your continued and excellent support! It must be a very stressful time right now for the people who work in GREE support who are working tirelessly to fix as many issues as possible within a reasonable time frame. If you start spamming them by creating many tickets for the same issue, I can assure you that you will be ignored.

I work in support too, so I know how it rolls and we do not take kindly to spammers, rudeness and worst of all threats!

tbh dutchie - in a timed auction event like this it should be a simple issue of keeping the score right. Imagine playing in a basketball league, where every game for the whole season you had to videotape each game and add the points yourself, send in a ticket, etc because the scoreboard operator kept getting it wrong!

I do appreciate the support and updates and that gree are working hard on this. I also appreciate that this is the first roll out of a massive event, but I also think it would be a shame if prizes were awarded on the basis of who is most meticulous at keeping track of their points, taking snap shots of battle screens, or who is most friendly in their messages to gree support!

I've sent in one ticket, multiple forum requests, to have you fix our missing WD points. Now we receive our rewards for top 5000 when we were pretty much top 300, and should get top 1000 reward. I've tried to be patient but it's like you are spitting in our faces by not even acknowledging our issue. I will make noise until someone at least acknowledges our problem, because support tickets aren't cutting it. I cannot express how angry it makes me to know how inept this game and this company really is.

We got the reward for finishing in the top 5000 but not for finishing in the top 1000 where we really would be if our points were added correctly... Extremely disappointed and frustrated right now... :mad:

it seems to me that their are factions that genuinely didn't make it into a particular bracket and are now using the "leaderboard" bug as an excuse. Accept the individual totals were still kept and that what you now have is what your getting !

Why would you assume things when you know nothing? i have a screenshot 2 hours before the end of the event and the sum of all members WD points is over 500k wd point i am not saying we made top 100, but we definitely made top 1000, yet our score is still on 180k wd which only gives us top 5000, do you think that fair with your know it all attitude?

Indeed.. If you scroll back through this thread, you'll notice I mentioned we were 100k short long before the event ended. Our score was never corrected although some other factions were.

If your job is support and customer service, then your job is to put up with spammers, rudeness, and worst of all threats because you are the point of contact for people who feel they have been wronged by your employer. The key to good customer support is to make those people feel like they are being heard -- that reduces the rudeness, spam, threats, and customer anxiety. Win/win.

I cannot understand the many posts throughout the forum that are praising the communication. It was better than normal at the beginning of this event, but has grown mysteriously silent at the end.

People want to know why some players have 12 prizes and they have none. People want to know when or if the point totals will be released. People want to know when or if the point totals will be corrected (especially those, like my faction, that have screen shots of points earned that are 200,000 more than the official tally, and that have screenshots of the point rollbacks.

I enjoyed playing this game and burned through more than 3,000 gold bars doing it. A little closure on whether my efforts were wasted would be nice. Either way, some communication would be welcome.

CJ, if producing a list of rankings is too daunting or has become a low priority at this time due to the ongoing prize duplication issues (which apparently still exist), could you at least release the WD point cut-offs for each tier? There aren't many, so this should be a breeze.

This would allow factions who didn't catch a glimpse of the final leader-board in the exact last second of the game, and those in the 5,000 and 10,000 brackets, to know if and in which tier, they placed. There have been enough prize delivery issues in past events - never mind the problems faced here - to rely on receipt or failure to receive a prize as definitive proof of placement in the WD challenge.

In matter of fact, CJ54 has communicated and posted a couple of times yesterday. You can see what he posts by going to his profile and viewing all his posts... it's not rocket science! He cannot respond to everyone's query on here and even then he would have to repeat himself ad nauseam, nor does he have the time as he still has to deal with a mountain of tickets that are created by people. I can guarantee that 50%, if not more, of those tickets are duplicates yet each and every ticket still needs to be checked and processed wasting more valuable time that could be resourced to actually deal with the real issues at hand. Ticket spammers only exacerbate the problem and slow down response times to everyone!

If you have complaints, their is an art to doing it right and how to get yourself heard to get the issue resolved. Rudeness and threats are certainly not the right way of going about it.

If you are not happy with the customer service or the company or the game, there is one very simple thing you can do that speaks volumes... stop spending your hard earned cash on this game. Money talks and there are many companies I refuse to give my cash to, not now, not ever, because of their customer service.

I understand your point about people being abusive. I don't advocate abusing anyone. I advocate listening and providing customer service to people that feel that they are themselves being abused.

But that's just me and my organization. You can treat customers however you and/or your employer feel is appropriate.

To not lose track of the topic, I think what needs to be answered is, is anyone still looking at resolving this issue of some factions still missing points?

This relates to our placings in the bfb event as well as our current standing in the overall event. If the issue has been fixed for some, then those with an issue remaining are at a disadvantage for overall points.

However, if the support team aren't going to look into it any further, then i guess they should just say so. But don't claim that they have fixed the problem, because they haven't.

No, it isn't fixed. We still don't have a good idea when it will be, though a factionmate did receive a response that wasnt completely boilerplate saying they are looking into it. Also, notice CJ's title is developer, which means any customer support he does is out of his good will most likely (at least at my company, developers NEVER talk to customers). So it begs a bigger question that his management is obviously leading support in a devastatingly incorrect manner and its the higher ups that need to log into this forum or answer tickets to see how lackluster that part of the company really is, and how far reaching the effects will be on the future of the game.

As for me, I never spent money and never will, and I hope you all decide to withhold dealing this game any more money for gold until significant changes are communicated and the customers (us) feel heard and served by this game. Otherwise I know of a lot of other games out there that succeed where GREE fails.

Any updates on this? this is quite a set back..... we haven't had our unit for the bosses i do not think it really fair to our faction especially for the ones who spent gold.......

I still have the same issue. Response I posted on other thread is below.

I know you know who I am and what my issue is, but I'd love to get a response at all on it. Hate to be in your hair for so long. Ticket 371156 (created after my other ticket 18813 on GREE's main support page was open for two weeks then closed without response/explanation and my account was deleted without response/explanation). Been waiting since Jan 24. Thank you for any response whatsoever.

Just wanted to say...From Jan 22nd to Mar 8th...a mere 46 days later...we FINALLY have our rightful BfB award. It was a long, long, long, LONG fight, but justice prevailed. That is all.
