Error going to a new PVE map

I had just finished the "Complete every mission at Overrun Airbase" and my next missions were the first two at Capital Prefecture. When I tried to go to Capital Prefecture, I got an error that said I couldn't load the area. So I went (Android) to Settings, Applications and Clear Cache, thinking that would do the trick. Now when I enter the game, all the buildings on my base appear to be gone.

If I try to buy a new building I can see the footprints of each building, and my hourly income on my Profile still has the income I had before clearing the cache, but the buildings are invisible. Will they eventually show back up once the app has a chance to download them from the server? Did I mess anything up or should I just be patient?

And why would I have an issue accessing Capital Prefecture in the first place?

Ok, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, all my buildings showed back up, and I was able to travel to the Capital Prefecture.

Issue resolved.
