Faction wins not getting counted

I don't think wins or losses will effect anything as long as you still have the total score. We noticed one of our wins wasn't counted also.

We've been looking at the win number issue. The WD points accumulated (the total score, as Tadlock says) are the only thing that matters. If you're not getting those, let us know asap.

it absolutely doesnt matter.. even if you win 100 battles and accumulate 200 points, u will eventually lose to someone who has only won 1 battle, but yet spent gold to regain his health, and in the process accumulated 2000000 points for that battle alone.

One of our member did 18 wins and got 3585 points and the other member did 4 wins and got 369 points. Our total number of points still showing as "0" and need 530 points to reach the Top 5000.
Seems none of our points were got registered.
Is there a fix for this?

I actually had a full 50k point fluctuation in my attack stat between 2 consecutive attacks on the same player. One was over-boosted, the other very under-cut. Neither reflected anything near my actual un-boosted or boosted attack stats. (I don't have any "invisible" attack boosts that could account for this, and any defense boosts the opponent might have should only impact his stats, not mine).

We noticed that too, and I reported it. Since the faction ranking is based on points you scored on your enemies, we thought the win/lose count didn't matter, so we didn't bother with it, fight on.

It is good that CJ confirms that is the case. I took screenshot for proof just in case though.

When counting all the points the members of the faction gathered it should add up to 5000 points at least,
but the total only shows 3000. Where did the other 2000 points go?

Was on the world domination main page and it said my Faction has 15,000+ pts and has a 2-1 record. Just went on 1min ago and said we have 10,000pts and are 1-1. Those pts could be the difference between top 1000 or 5000. Hope they fix this problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem.

Having all the issues above. None of our wins are registered, but more importantly our WD points fluxuate wildly.

When I logged in yesterday and it presented the battle result splash screen, it listed 22k, then before the next battle it listed 20k, we went to battle and after it listed 26k, I check it now and it lists 18k. When you add up the total of the team scores it adds up to 28k....wtf?

Just checking this box, happening to us too. We are tracking our own points in the chance gree can't figure it out. I retain the naive hope that since it is correct on the team leaderboard they will eventually correct to that.

In each battle, game board sets results to W1 L2 and resets total points to 27,000. If add up total individual points, we have over 52,000 points. Fraction I'd 203233583.

Not only is the win loss counter off but the total domination points number is completely wrong. I've watched ours go up and then right back down. We just finished a war with a rival faction where we earned 12,000 points and it showed it but then I exit the WD menu and go back in and our total in the upper left corner only showed an increase of 3,000. Then I close the WD menu to post on faction forum and go back to WD menu and its gone back down again to the number we had before the most recent war! The scores are not posting and updating correctly, not just W-L. For us, the team scoreboard seems correct, and shows a # higher than next to the globe icon. The (incorrect) globe icon seems to be what the leaderboard calculator is working from, ie "you have X points to next level" is wrong and presumably all the levels on the leaderboard.

It sounds like for other folks there are different and more serious issues, ie maybe scores not even getting on the team board?

At this point it is probably a mild annoyance, we will probably finish and deserve to finish between 100 and 1000.

Missing 3 wins, 1 loss. All associated points. Last battle was at 28,000 points, counted, then disappeared. Other 2 wins were big too, but do not have the exact numbers (as we assumed they wouldn't disappear).

Also, we just had two wars and we couldn't attack anyone once we had taken defence leader down? It just said error. All our faction members had it to to that was a nightmare! We had to attack fort instead which was hopeless for points. A 1500 win that could have been easily 5000. Most of the points we got were from repelling attacks? Our faction code is 163790359 (seal team 6666) and my game ID is 521254216. If you can sort this then that would be awesome! The guys are feeling a bit deflated from not seeing points go up as we are actually in the top 1000 but its saying were in the top 5000. Lol thanks CJ

How about the development team create two factions. One on iOS and one on android.
Then enter a battle or two and see what we are seeing.
EVERYONE is having the same issue with points and wins/losses.
After every battle 10-20 minutes later we are reverted to 63 points and 0/1 win loss. We are several battles in.

From all indications it appears that the faction summary numbers on the top left of the domination screen is incorrect - think everybody would agree. Consequently, all leaderboards anything based on the team total is at risk because of this issue. However, it appears that the individuals points stats is correct.

Let's give them time to correct the issue.

My main irritation is that anybody can start the war and sometimes it appears the system does it as well for no reason. This issue needs to be resolved urgently.

I dont see a reason to keep this up and running. Many of us cannot attack during a war due to seeing server update errors and not in faction errors. For those of us who have spent real money during this event we are getting the shaft. Why not shut it all down and fix all the problems, then return the wasted gold for a working event! So damn frustrating. Also this should only be a 2 day event!

Just like others have said.....I see individual totals changing, but the team total has not changed from game 1. I get server error and I can't attack during battle!
