Support is on fire today just sent in a ticket and they resolved the issue in 3 minutes. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.

Yup. I opened one last Friday and never heard back (beyond an auto-email with the ticket # and another saying they were so very, very busy). Asked about the status of it today and still nothing.

I misclicked and bought an energy refill in MW and asked for a gold refund and also asked them to remove my henchmen in CC. 2 weeks later and no response!
