As with all bubbles, they eventually burst! I have a friend who sold last year and moved into rented accomodation. He will look to purchase again once it has bottomed. He saw it coming and good for him for making this smart move!

Gilts and bonds are the next bubble that will burst and the stock markets will shoot up as money flows to these markets. Not a question of if, but when!
