Having purchased all the new base line bonuses, can't say I notice a difference in my stats.

Is thus something that only affects us when we go to war or is it another bug?

Hope that would work for you too, we have only bought 10% defence to all units and atleast my stats raised 10%:).

CJ answered a couple of posts last night and said the data had been pushed but the bonuses won't become active until today when they do a client update.

Thery are invisible until the next data push, CJ is onto it. Check out this thread, it's explains it all.

Bonuses seem to work now.
Well my stats increased overnight and I stopped sleep walking months ago.
