Tempest Destroyer Bonus?

So I won the Tempest Destroyer and am supposedly getting a 30% mission bonus. But how do I know if I'm getting it? I see no indication when I complete a mission and I don't really see any difference in the average amount I get from missions. Is this just a "trust us" type of thing? I would think it would be better if two boxes of cash popped up when completing a mission, one for your mission payout and one with your bonus.

I won the same unit, I checked on another account and the payout was the same....

I have a previous mission payout bonus unit and when you pick up the money it is normal, when you go to vault or go back to your base you will see the amount go up. There is just a few second delay before the bonus $ is applied...
