How long should I expect to wait for a response? I reported not getting any gold offers credited. Been over 24 hrs and it still says waiting for assignment to an agent. Any experience?

I created a ticket to return some gold which I mistakenly spent on a building upgrade on the 6th January and it was solved on the 13th January and my gold was credited back to my account.

Visit http://crimecity.zendesk.com to register and track your tickets. You can then see when your ticket is picked up and worked on.

Patience is a virtue my friend.

That's what I figured. I put the ticket in at http://www.gree-support.net/requests which ironically looks exactly like the site you posted, but my login info doesn't work for yours. That's interesting.

Remember we are still getting out of the holiday season so they are still working on a backlog of tickets I am sure.

I think in this instance being patient will be your best recourse. They have always done what they can, sometimes you need to escalate but they do what they can.

It is best to raise tickets in game (More -> Help -> Contact Support button) as it will add loads of additional information to the email that you send to GREE support. It may be that they give priority to these tickets with the additional information but I can't be sure that is the case.

You will need to register with the new site and hopefully you will see your tickets.

Tell me about it. I have had an issue on CC with my account disappearing and I have been emailing GREE since then and not 1 reply. The customer support is horrible. When I spend $$ though it comes out right away.

I don't know what to say to that. I've only ever created 3 tickets (2 gold refunds and one complaint with the box event) and always waited patiently for them to respond, so I'm quite happy with my experience with GREE support. Have they even been picked them up? I hope they sort it soon for you.

some people have waited for years without any response, EXCEPT closed tickets and comments UNRELATED to the original request.

Should we tell him how to fix it? I vote no. This problem has been addressed multiple times on this forum for people who actually play THIS GAME.
