Vault purchase not shoing up

Does anyone know if there might be a delay in how long its supposed to take for a vault of cash to show up after you've purchased it? I made the purchase last night and already received an apple receipt but no extra cash. I sent a ticket but considering that I sent a ticket in on a different matter close to 5 days ago and the fact that I need this cash yesterday, I thought it would be good to check here first.
