I would like to hear people's views on the battle list.
I'm level 138 and Ive been attacked 6 times in the last 3 days by players ranging from level 148 to 200. But on my battle list I can only see people from level 134 to 142. This just seems to handicap the players around my level because we can only attack the few people around our level but can be attacked by numerios high level players from anywhere above level 134. On the other hand this must be great if your level 200 because you can only be attacked by the highest level players but can attack way down to the 130's.
What makes this worse is that a lot of these people I will easily beat when I'm their level. But there extra 20 levels of pve, gold collection and time means they are stronger. Finally these higher level players are offered the cheapest gold which some are obviously using to buy level 10 BD's and then troll the lower levels to build dragon army's.
Wouldnt it be fairer if the only people who you can attack can attack you back?
Rant rant unfair rant.

From grees perspective whether you are 100 or 200 you can only take 500 allies and 1500 units to battle. I think they had to open it up so the high level players had more people to attack, as there are relatively few in the 175-200 range compared to other levels. Is it fair? Depends on your perspective ;)

As a person in the process of amassing my dragon army (500 right now) I can tell you I am not attacking overvault players to buy my dragons. I scanned the rival list, found a rival with 700k and decided to give him a few taps for some of that unvaulted gold. He was about 60k defense to my 98k attack. I lost at least one dragon everytime for a net loss of at least 3100 gold if not 16100 when I lost 2 dragons. Most players making their run at BD10 have HPs or hydras, etc. and decent defense (not great, but decent). It is not profitable for me to attack rivals for gold as even with $9900 a pop I lose money due to dragon losses. Havent found many overvaulted players with <20K stats where I have - losses.

At what level does one start to appear on the battle lists of the much higher level folks?

Maybe they should have a sliding scale for upper levels instead of 1500 for all.. 1800 up to 150 LVL then back to 1500, this would give lower levels a bit more Omph in their A/D and be on par with upper opponents ? Plus level the playing field for the whales to stay on their side of the fence, until we get up that high.. ? I realise that they have to have certain No# of PVP in a list and take the lower levels and place them in the upper but it should average out for A/D not with maybe 2% over and above average as in the lower levels.
Albeezy, I'm finding it very profitable to pvp to buy dragons. I've lost many many units doing so but they have been mostly flaming catapults that I don't care about anymore.
I lose the odd dragon every now and then. The worst I've had was 4 lost dragons in 20 attacks, but I bought 15 new dragons with the 198k I won.
I've gained 480 dragons in a week this way, I couldn't have done that on my IPH alone

There's some sort of bug in game , because when you have 498 allies , you can search people from level 125 up to 200 , when you are over level 180+

@dexter. Is it fair? My view is that if all the high level players can attack me but I can't attack them then no this is not fair. I would think a battle list were I can attack everyone who can attack me would be fair. Perhaps you could explain why this is fair?
@albeezy. PvP is probably the fastest way to build a dragon army. The amount of people who write on my wall "sorry feeding my dragons" is proof of this.
What I would like to see is is something like each player can see 150 players higher and lower levels than them. So everyone has a possible 300 players that can appear on their battle list. This way I could attack everyone that can attack me. Also if someone say at level 150 went over vault I would have the option to attack them.
All I want is an even playing field.

Just level up to level 200 and you have achieved your goals!

Winstrol, can you clarify? What is the bug you are referencing?

With that amount of allies you can scan more people on battle list , I couldn't believe myself until I tried out , that's why you can see that many high level people has "498" allies

I look at my usual 1-2 machine unit losses per battle as a cash conversion to dragons. Seems like a good deal to me, provided I'm getting about 4k+ per attack. I only lose a dragon about 1/20 (water temple is lvl 6 or 7?).

I am Katniss, lord of Katland, true heir to the Feline Throne, commander of dragons, tamer of Maddox...and my Kingdom is under siege from an unwelcome but worthy opponent. I am recruiting from amongst the heroes of the land. If you would like to aid me on this crusade, add me 641-446-997.

Does the water temple make a noticeable difference? I'm upgrading mine at the moment

Question for you high level PvP folks. Do highly leveled up defense buildings make a difference if you attack, or raid, with whatever your normal comfort level is for hitting a rival? If you opened a base and saw level ten defense buildings everywhere, would it give you pause? I'm wondering how these buildings work other than raw numbers and some sort if vague proximity protection.

By the way, if a novice wannabe can offer a comment relevant to the original question: there's a Scottish saying, "Fairs are for fools." I wouldn't change the shark pool system at that level for the world. What is this, Kingdomville? One needs to a) Have a plan when you get that level and b) Have some built-in flexibility to radically swap strategies if your long term plan turns and washes. I'll be getting there with max allies. I've been dealing with the max ally "problem" my entire time playing and dont plan to rush to that shark pool. I hope to learn a lot before then. ;)

Well, I am going to battle with someone 5 levels higher than I am. But I think he attacked me because I probably attacked me when we were same levels a few weeks back and so I showed up on his news.
If you want to help me in the battle, add me. I need allies, NOW! Lvl 75, a/d 127k/98k... add me 641-446-997.
Levels are not important when deciding the winner of a battle. The number of allies, and the attack/defense stats do. Not sure why everyone is so caught up on levels when they are irrelevant. Maybe folks are confusing the number of allies with the level when looking at the battle list?
