I bought a new iPod Touch 5th Generation. I want to transfer my data. My old iPod Touch 4th Generation is broken and can't be charged or powered on, but it will show up on iTunes.

Send a ticket to support. If you remember the UDID of your old iPod, add that to the message and the UDID of the new one and support will transfer your game for you. If you don't remember it, try sending the alliance codes of both accounts.

Yeah so far they haven't sent me anything back.They're most likely swamped. Keep in mind that there isn't a sub-level of support for each game. Support covers all games. Give them a few more days.

Just another thing to add, they only work on business days (Monday-Friday).

I'm new to forum but I just created a Funzio ID on my MW account that I have been playing for a few months on my kindle fire. After I did that I clicked transfer from old device. I then downloaded MW to my android and clicked transfer to new device and signed in with same info I used on my kindle. I clicked transfer to new device and I recieved an error message saying "Transfer account failed" Am I doing something wrong?? Thanks

Please do the following:

State which device is the old one and which is the new one.
State which device currently has your game and which device you want it transferred onto.
Double check you're entering the correct account details.

Actually, I'm going to go through the same exercise of moving an iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5. I assume that doing a backup and a restore doesnt put your account back then?

You need to initiate a transfer between the devices.

Is the process safe? Would rather not lose this account.

Is the process safe? Would rather not lose this account.It should go perfectly and you shouldn't lose your account if you try transferring yourself but just incase, do the following.

Open the MW menu, click MORE... and then click HELP. Click Contact Support and when the email template loads, copy the information already in the email to somewhere. Once you do that, discard the email. Attempt to do the transfer from the old device to the new device. If your account gets deleted or something wrong happens that can't be reversed, send an email to support containing that earlier copied information.

Be sure to include the following in the email:

Your Funzio ID and password
Which device is the old one and which device is the new one
The device you want the account to be transferred to
The information from the earlier support email that you copied down

ive been trying to transfer my account from my android phone to my ipad. can this be done or can you only transfer between similar systems ie. android to android or I anything to I anything. anyone know this answer.
