Concretes are totally random, right?

When out hunting for concretes, it doesn't matter who I attack, right? You have the same chance of getting a concrete weather he is strong or weak. Nothing really matters, right?

Yes unless some information from gree would State otherwise.

It appears to be random, although sometimes very weak players seem to have a slightly better drop rate.

Appears to be random for me.....randomly on the low side sadly

my experience as well...strictly random much like a regular loot drop but only when attacking...will not drop on raids. FAQ says they can't be taken so it doesn't matter if player you are attacking has them or not sooooo I assume its as random as trying to get that last crate open Gree controlled events
