View Full Version : Can't Access Allies!!!

I have close to 800 allies, but I can only see approx. 180 of them now. When I remove an ally, that number lowers, rather than having the list repopulated with older allies. I can't contact any of my older allies, or even see them to drop them. Another member of my faction deleted all 200 that he could see and now is unable to view any allies at all! Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I've submitted a ticket, but with the backlog I'm not too optimistic. It's hard to invite allies to your faction if you can't find them!

Yup. Having a similar problem. They replied to my ticket this morning but the problem still exists. Open another ticket. I plan to if they can't fix it..

I'm having the same problem. "650 total 28 grunts 128 showing" and that's it. The list ends there and it won't repopulate when you tap show more. I guess I will open a ticket also.

Do we really need so many tickets for the same issue. I am sure that GREE Support are aware of the problem now and the developers do look on these forums too to identify the hot issues that affect the most people.

Yes, I do have the same problem too, but I haven't created a ticket for it, nor will I.

We should all put in a ticket maybe it would be fixed they have had since jan and several updates since ridiculous I cannot see one Allie out of the 700+ I have just submitted another ticket today still no response from any of the other tickets

I've had 5 submissions into Gree support since Monday of last week, and ZERO RESPONSE!
In another forum it was suggested to ask to have ALL Grunts DELETED, mine are 31, as they are non-human allies.

Still NO response.

Evidently there are enough of us for it to be a big enough issue, but this last update really screwed too many things up, so we're probably at the back of the line. It really has screwed me though .

In another forum it was suggested to ask to have ALL Grunts DELETED, mine are 31, as they are non-human allies.

Still NO response.

Now 10 days since 1st ticket & not even the courtesy of a response from Gree. Serious BS that support can't even respond to say they're looking into the problem. All courtesy of update - thanks!
Will post periodically to document lack of support through support.

This is a bug.
I'm not exactly sure how it's happening, but it has to do with how the game adds allies.
You can sometimes double-add allies. Like with the news icon accept first, then menu/add allies/requests/accept.
The ally number increases but there won't be any duplicate names.
I think the accept all button is bugged also.
So you kinda get "ghost allies" that can't be removed, like grunts but they're counted on the real allies counter.

Gree you have a sort function for factions why can't you do that with the allies?

Sort by level
Sort by name

Voila or bam or whatever simple fix.

I like it when Gree makes simple fixes.
