Stories Behind Your MW In-Game/Forum Names:

I've seen strange in-game names around. From really nice & cool ones, superheroes, ordinary to explicit names.

Me, Kings/Leaders have always fascinated me (Good & bad ways). Perhaps "Civilization" game has also influenced me (One of my favorite games to play), wherein I either use King Mark or President Mark as my name LOL! :D

I'm sure you guys have some good, funny or weird explanation to your names. So what's your story behind your in-game/forum names in MW?

My game name and forum name are both Chuck Nuts.

My 2yr old daughter cannot remember how to say chipmunk or squirrel, but for some reason she started calling them "chucknuts" whenever she sees one because she remembers that they eat nuts.

I get a chuckle whenever she points at a chipmunk in the park and calls it a chucknuts. Plus the name gives me a good excuse to say "nuts", which I think that we can all agree is just good old-fashioned fun for the whole family.

My first ever online game was Delta Force - 98 from Nova Logic. A first-person shooter game. My last name translates from Swedish to English, Steelman. I felt to add a rank to my name and Captian wasn´t to much so therefore the in game name was "Captain Steelman" and has been so ever since... Atleast with war games... If we have some Counter-Strike players around here I´ve been on that battlefield for 10+ years....

Otherwise it´s only "Steelman" like in CC....

I loved Delta Force. Their version of capture the flag was always my favorite. I was Wujedi then cause I loved Wu-Tang Clan and Jedis were bada$$ before George Lucas destroyed Star Wars. Now I'm Tenspot here and in all my games, a nickname given to me by my coworkers as a play on my last name.

In-game name: Ginger, I played rugby in college and my position was hooker, so during initiation/hazing/skits first year, some guys called me "Ginger" as my hooker name...and I started using it for pretty much everything.

Lots could be interpreted from my game name (which is the same as my screen name). The obvious one is the Star Wars force followed closely by the movie Force Ten From Navarone but both of those would be wrong. The name comes from the song Force Ten by Rush. If you know the lyrics you know that Geddy, Alex, and Neil are talking about a "storm of life".

West Ham not doing badly this year. Carlton Cole seems rejuvenate and Joe Cole was brilliant against United. Bench is light though so any key injury and you are right in the relegation battle. I am a Wanderers fan so the pain of relegation is still fresh.

mine, MoD (in game and forum) is the abbreviation of Master of Disaster (pretty obvious, huh?). a nick i got in work 20 years ago for i don't know what reason. though it has never used since i felt it fitting, since no real good name crossed my mind when i had to hastily find one when starting the game.

My in game name is Delta Squad. I was watching a war movie at the time(Black Hawk Down) and it had the Delta Force in it. I changed force to squad because I didnt want to be named after a Chuck Norris Movie.
