I think CJ meant "All" as in all players that posted in the "Add Me" thread as he stated. CJ has actually been one of the few devs that has been keeping us posted as much as possible, granted not as much as he has been in MW ;) but an effort no less. If you posted in the thread and you haven't received the 100 gold as many of us has, just send him a p.m., I'm sure he'll take care of it, if not then shame on me for defending him!
