No, I didn't get it, I blasted through the first 20 in one day, and spent the next 3 days going thru the next 10, ended it at 35. Greedy made it deceivingly easy at the beginning then it got it really hard at the end without using gems for energy refills. :mad: And I have 39K attack for gooodie sake at level 60.

I'm a lvl 10 on android and i have the event with that exact data set. Do you at least have the Nuclear crate icon in the lower left corner? I haven't tried to get a crate, passing on this event, but the event is there.

Just an FYi, that last one doesn't always come easy. I know some that have spent several thousand gold trying to get the last part and it never came. I'm not saying don't go for it... Just letting you know it isn't a given using gold. Granted you could spent a little gold and get lucky, but some times it can get rather pricey and still not happen!

I now am unable to earn crates. They appear after a successful attack, but do not add in the lower left corner.

My total always shows '0', no matter how many I earn during attacks. This is a recent glitch, as I was able to earn and open crates early yesterday.

After my first 4 opens being BLNT I figured it was gonna be the same ole same. But after that my success rate was remarkable.


Despite this win though, I still dont plan on ever using gold for these events.. IMO they have the worst return on investment. Still kinda excited though :)

Only my opinion but I would continue to save my gold for something else. The only reason I say this is because it could happen with 1 but not likely. You could use 100 gold opens and it still not happen. I would just do cash opens. But it's up to you.

I used 3 gold early on and quickly figured out you could just buy a high value unit. I'm at 8 using only cash opens now. Not bad luck really as I'm about 50% opens and getting some sort of prize when I do though haven't hit #9 yet.

I'm using the refinery missions and getting crates 100% of the time.

I don't know the exact percentage for getting this tenth item but it is always EXTREMELY low. It is all based on luck. Some people in past events have spent thousands of gold on resets and opens and never got it. Hopefully yours and everyone elses luck will change for the better!

Looks like I'll have to add to what you could buy for the amount of $$ some people pay to play this ap. You could in addition to the awesome gamer pc and hotas setup, get a rockin sound system and a 30" monitor! Why do you guys do it? It's an I-phone ap for christ sakes!

I heard a rumour from one of the devs that when your on the last hit of the boss you have to press the lower left corner of the cash attack button with your right nipple and you will get a rare every time.

Ok right here I have to insert a gripe for Gree, Seriously!!! if we are shelling out to open these crates and actually get one open, you'd think if it was not the uber elite forces they could at least be indestructible units, Is that too much to ask???

So then I actually bought gold for the first time ever for this game, to open more crates, .... same same, cash, concrete, troops, very irritating to be that close, make an extra effort then get shafted.

Needless to say I'm going back to my non gold play style having been burned once, I won't do it again.

You have to use gold at the start not the end. For some reason it just works out better that way...

I think beezy may be on to something here. I used gold early on about 3 times but then switched to all cash. I think it took me less than 10 tries to get from #9 to #10.

Found about 10-15 crates today and my (crate) count went down by 3. Managed to find 2 atom bombs. I now have 6 atom bombs and 5 crates. Confusing ain't it? I can't be bothered to tell you what my last crate count was. Let's just say 40-60. So with todays haul, maybe 60-70 crates in total; but I've never seen my count go up above 8.
Look on the bright side though; I bet I have more Nukes than Iran....maybe:rolleyes:

I gave up once that happen cause I wasn't sure when I would even get another bomb let alone three more to get the ship. The first six were easy and I got them with free or cash option but had to spend some real money after that.

If you plan to use gold on a crate event to get to 10 parts, do it early. This does not gaurantee you will get to 10, but has been tested over and over and over again since McDoc first shared it with us here and it is the BEST WAY to use your gold. Some here can tell you about how they spent 2500+ gold and never got to 10, others can tell you how they spent 600 gold, yes, only 600 gold, and got to 10. The lesson we have learned is use gold early rather than late.

I'll keep better track of what I did next time but from what I can see from reading the link Beezy posted using gold early may have helped. But I didn't use much at all, 45 maybe 60 for 3 or 4 opens. Then it was all cash up to #10. I did set a timer and opened on the hour for about 12 straight hours on the 2nd day. (I had a LONG drive home that day) I always had a slight surplus of crates. I don't understand why it would help to have 100 extra crates and all the time involved in collecting them. I use the refinery and get crates 100% of the time. I was doing a little raiding also and picking up a few that way.

I set my alarm every hour to get my 10. got 9 then for 3 days I scored bricks. Last nigt crates reset from 100 back to 99. then registered 100. when the next crate dropped, my count went -1 to 99. got the 10th this mornig with 5 hours left. as in my first boss win it didnt show up. glitched on me.. went back to event it reset back to 9 and another option to open a crate after 5 min. deleted and reinstalled, crates registered 131....thanx for the missing crates. guess with all the other issues ticket will be at bottom, guess it was a Gree tease.....lol.

that quest was pretty......pointless. I got 7 atom bombs from nuclear crates within first 1,5 days!!! I was very happy that I'll get ship soon. But durning next 3 days, I got only ONE atom bomb (approx 5-8 hours b4 event ending). So no luck at all. I always used money chance to try to open boxes and 15+ times a day, and still got rewarded so suckily :(

dont get me wrong, it was FUN, had ****load of unopened crates always ready, but not to get rewarded when I had so much trouble then.... :(

This 10-event, and the satellite one had MUCH worse droprates than any previous events!
And I started on it at 4d16h remaining, did iOS start at 5d?
GREEd should stop being so GREEdy and make the events 7 days!!

On the bright side I atleast got 9 :)
