Selling buildings

Anyone know how much I would get for selling a level 10 recycling plant? I'm not sure how the mechanic works and I didn't see it in the spreadsheet. I'm racing to get the funding for a 2nd anniversary tower but think I will fall just short on collections alone. I'm looking like I need 10-12million and wondering if I should sell a plant.

I think it's 1/2 of last upgrade and 1/2 of original cost to purchase

Thx guys. I looked it up but the upgrades stop at lvl 5 or so on the sheet. Still I think I should be able to get a good chunk of change if I need to sell it. Thx for the help!
