Still patiently waiting for my ticket to be responded to..... Is anyone else here still waiting for there unit? Also can someone else please tell me what happened to the other thread on this issue I can't find it at present? Deleted or is my ad-hoc dial up connection not letting me search for it? (sat dish and modem have blown up taken nearly an hour to post this lol)

Thing that annoyed me is I know three people who sent a ticket in after me and got there unit within 2 days but I'm still waiting.

Lol I personally would of not of called it necroing but I guess that's a matter of opinion guess I know what happened to the thread now. As of yet I have never sent multiple tickets. See what happens when they all go back to work I admit I find patience very hard at times

You're right that wasn't necroing, and that was my bad for misreading the front and back of the thread (we were having a spammer/necro problem the same day over in another sub-forum, so I was a bit jumpy). I apologize for that and will be more careful in the future.

We do have support crew on right now, less than normal during the holidays, but will will get back to everyone who has sent in a ticket. Right now two of the existing faction glitches are slowing us down more than usual; any time we have to log player/faction info it is going to slow down the answering process because it doubles or triple the amount of time an individual ticket takes to process.

We really do appreciate the patience, and again we will get back to everyone as soon as possible.

The issue I am having with this is very simple. I payed hard earned real money to get that unit. That money has been charged to my credit card 10 days ago by Apple. The good I payed for (the unit) has not been delivered and there has been zero response to my ticket. The tickets status is "awaiting assingment" since I opened it.

This is horrible customer service and really bad business practice.

I like your products and encountered quite some nice and helpful support members during the last year. But the described behaviour obviously is intentional and will drive away customers.

Sorry, just my two cents.I totally feel your pain. But just think it has been Christmas and all the Gree employees will be having time with their families too. It will get sorted just a while longer. As you mine is still waiting assignment. Chin up we will get It.

Oh, every single Gree employee deserves holiday time with family and friends like anyone else. No doubt about that. The ones to blame is the companies management for releasing untested content just before christmas and then leaving their customers (thats the guys paying your salaries btw.) without any support. As they were greedy enough to time this event for maximum profit they should not hide behind that excuse.

Wow, an answer from the man himself. Happy to say that I did not have that problem on the Brazilian warlord. The transport is in my inventory now. I also got the tank right away on my llp, but had to wait a day or two to get it on my hlp.

Still waiting for the tank from the evil game designer event. sent ticket 10 days ago. no response. To hear that others have got their tank already after sending tickets is rather annoying.
most annoying bit really is that this tank would make a good difference with the current boss event.
I wonder which will come first, this tank or the DST plane.

I hope they have had a good time on holiday. I can only imagine the stack of tickets waiting for the team when they return.

I believe you are on iOS, people on android have yet to recieve the plane sadly.

Januar 7th and still no unit awarded. Gree this is getting ridiculous. I payed money to get that unit. You ignore my tickets, you do not follow up my tickets, you tell me to not open another ticket. What is a customer supposed to do to get the goods he payed for?

I finally got mine 2 days ago. Wen was your ticket sent. It took me 20 emails back and forth to prove I had won it.good luck.

This is a bunch of bull****. They release bugged content, we pay for it and then have to proof that we should have gotten the unit? Well there is a very simple solution to this. Not a single cent from me untill this is sorted out. Propably doesn't make any difference for them but me feel better ...

They though I meant that. The woman sorting my ticket didnt know wat the Tank was. So she had to pass it to someone else. He didnt either. I then had to send a screen shot from an allies inventory.I then sent screen shots of my whole inventory to show it wasnt there. After that he came back saying that my screen shots didnt match up with the screenshot of the Tank, He didnt realise it was an allies inventory. So the I was accused of tampering my screen shots. Basically called a cheat. So I had to explain some where my screenshot and some where other people's. then he was quiet for two days and put it in my inventory. Yes I did origanaly send screen shot of me doing boss 26 lol.

So good luck guys.

Crap just got my response and they didn't even know that a unit should have been awarded. Baraka just want to check name and stats on unit for l75 to l100 bracket before I email them back ??? Super ultra mega tank ???? Stats??? Then I will email back and let the fun and games begin!

But I am lost what else I can do. My ticket on this remain completely unanswered. They simply ignore me. This is by far the worst customer service I had to experience for a long long time.

Reading the above comments give me the feeling that once (if ever) I get a reply from support the drama will only start.

How can they offer an item for sale (and the boss final unit is nothing else), make me pay for it, never award it and then ignore my complains? What business pratice is that? Isn't Gree operating in the US and/or Japan where laws should protect customers from this?

Again sorry to all those forum members who feel annoyed by my me bringing this up again. I just don't know what else to do.

I care. Can you PM me the ticket number? It was sent in via the game or email and not through another method, correct? I was honestly sure we'd answered all outstanding Evil Game Designer-related tickets at this point.

And Baraka, I'm sorry to hear about the run-around, but I cannot even begin to describe how many faked screenshots we get; you have to specify stuff like where the screenshot is occurring from or what the story is there or it can cause some confusion/red flags to go off based on what we get daily. I'm looking into that exchange to see what the main holdup was, since a screenshot shouldn't have been necessary anyway.

What about the people who didn't take a screenshot because they assumed when they kill 25 bosses the tank unit will appear in their inventory.
I contacted support again recently and all they said was it is been viewed by "our specialists." I have been waiting 17-18 days already since my initial ticket for an actual response.

I sent my ticket 21/12/12 and got a response couple of days ago saying

"Your request has been closed. This means that the issue is either solved, or there is a solution in the pipe for that particular issue."

Cool I thought, ill just check that tank out, being that it will be the best item in my inventory.

not there.

I sent a screenshot of me on boss number 26. Im not sure what else I am expected to do.

Me and my brother had the same problem with the Evil Game Designer award; however, we opened a ticket with support and they fixed it the next day. In the Brailizan warlord event I beat the boss 35 times and it gave me the unit; however, my brother did not get unit. He had to beat the warlord over 40 times to get it. The funny thing is even though my stats were slightly higher than his when I used a Mega attack it hit the boss with around 277k of attack. When my brother used Mega Attach he hit the boss with around 450K. These problems seem to all over the place.

Kizbotpro I am in same situation think the girl handling my ticket thinks it resolved when it isn't so send in a new ticket or wait another 3 weeks I case she does respond to my follow up email...

Anyway I reopened the ticket stating the tank is still not there and infact nothing had been resolved. Ill see what comes of it.

Its getting to a point now where i'm getting as far as I can with the current boss event without needing to spend gold. Im very reluctant to start spending though if I not going to receive the prize. Whats to say the same wont happen again with this event?

I am excepting that being on android I may never get the daylight jet and that seems ridiculous after being told we will all get it but this tank has stats that are just too important for my game to simply forget about.

Im obviously not going to just go away with this issue, unless I just give up on the game altogether.

Yeh Baraka they have had the ticket for weeks must be getting towards a month now. Kizbot I am going to give CJ another 24 - 48 hours as I pm him a while ago now. If I don't hear from him I guess I will start another ticket and hopefully not get the girl it sounds like we both got.... Again. It spears she has no interest in responding or acting on the follow up email I provided her as it stands now.

Im still waiting for the prize, I havent heard anything from either reopening the ticket or sending a pm to CJ54. Am i just beating my head against the wall here? The two of us are speaking up here, via private message and the ticket system.

It really looks like we are just being ignored which is not a nice feeling.
I understand your busy guys, but if you dont resolve this soon Im not going to be there to enjoy the other great things your adding to this game.

Nothing here, not a response or nada.

Im feeling pretty powerless over this, and a bit stupid for using gold to get the last couple of bosses down.

My patience is pretty good, but this is really trying me. I have got about 4-5 days perhaps before I basically will give up on MW altogether.
