Strange new units...?

So I was revisiting some of the early missions in Central Asia - Trafficker Base, trying to get some cheap units and i was hammering on the "Command Center" building over and over and I started getting these weird units. I've spent the last 2 days poking around other missions in different maps but the Command Center in Trafficker Base seems to be the only thing dropping them. Anyone else seeing this?

I would love to work for them but right now I have a great job at Harmonix
(makers of Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Dance Central)
But who knows, maybe someday I'll get a job with Gree...
