After pvp event many of us must of collected a massive amount of Scrooge box's all useless of course. Hehe

No need to dread being in the shark tank. I do not hit anyone on a regular basis but if pvp event comes then most have to hit as many as poss. that's a normal part of the game.
Of course you do have some horrid people, but you have those on the lower levels too. For me I try to be kind, it's to easy to be big headed and squash most. It's just not way.

I had problems getting more than 130 snowballs. The drop rate declined quite much and I started losing snowballs to people who didn't have more than 20k stats.

Yeah throughout the event I noticed ~5% average drop rate on the Snowballs. And looking at the drop rate on the Scrooge boxes, I'm betting you got ~15,000 PvP wins ishi :D

I realize that, the message I quoted from Vito was one where he mentioned a low drop rate on snowballs. And I got that figure from some pretty simple math, (# of snowballs collected from event/# of wins throughout event).

lol, no - 300 Scrooge boxes. Don't think I have 50 snowballs even. It doesn't worry me; the stats are false and you have so much further to crash down when someone decides to take them out

Yes but if they can last over at least 1 boss event they can make a huge impact.
