I sent in 2 tickets Friday with me beating boss 25 the most important issue and I wake up this morning with both issues taken care of. I had to buy gold for the event and even if I did have a issue it was taken care of in short time. Glad to see that personal touch coming back to the game.

I think it depends who you get. Brian is fantastic, but others don't respond at all. Give them feedback

Yeah, some support members are better than others. A few will solve your problem, while others will send you a copy-pasted response.

Iv have 3 tickets in atm and I sent them on the 12th, you tell me if that's good service!!

I sent in four tickets on broken items. I got back ONE message from GREE so far -- one of those "tell us how we are doing" emails asking me to give feedback on one of the tickets. This one had to do with the Boss event -- when I hit the boss, it recorded damages but would not reset (stop shooting) so that I could hit the boss again. I had to quit and then restart each time, which makes it hard to beat a lot of bosses. I have not heard back from them yet. So my experience with GREE's new-and-improved customer service is zilch, zippo, nada, none, worse-than-ever.

It's not that some reps suck and others don't. It's that some policies of theirs suck and others don't. They are just the mouthpieces of the corporate policy.

I recently got epically screwed over and I sent in a ticket. I received an unsatisfactory answer, but I don't blame the rep, I blame the suit behind him.

This boss issue was also a recent and pressing matter, so they've probably focused all/most of their resources on those kind of tickets for the time being.

I have sent in 5 tickets in the last 2 weeks and had them sorted in under 24 hours each time. I must be on the good list :)

I must be as well. I was shocked that I got such a fast response and resolution from Viet. It made a pretty big impact to my attitude as long as I have been playing this game. It is not perfect by any means but "I" saw light at the end of the tunnel.
