I'd be willing to accept that as a lucky glitch. However, the "3" is suspicious. I do have in my own inventory an event armor for collecting 15 of 20 items which for some reason shows that I have two, and I have seen many inventories of people who also have two of that same armor.

A few hundred points at this level is not a big deal though, so if it's a glitch I would just say the dude is one lucky f-er and leave it at that.

That said, sometimes it takes more than one piece of evidence to prove something, so you never really know.

It's the Auto Crate/Wheels event, few hours before the event ends, this "Illicit Goods" started to appear instead of the stolen Wheels. This Illicit Goods awarded players a 2nd event prize if they have 5/10/15/20 wheels. For example, I had 20 wheels at the time when I opened to an Illicit Good and got the 20-wheel prize again....

I am with Bonecrusher on this one. The items in question are the Street Justice Rifle 1565/1960 and the Silent Justice 443/511. they were just awarded in the Bay City Turf Wars event. You could only win them once. The perp in question has 2 of the Rifles and 3 of the Silent Justice. I would send a tix.

I've met at least 3-4 cheaters in the last couple of days. Even now when tiers opened up some postman ;) surfaced with 10 or 11 or pretty much all his best 48 items. :) seems legit.
