Last Sunday I got the dreaded "there is an issue with your account" message when trying to log in. After four days of begging for an explanation, and only after threatening to protest a credit card bill for gold, I finally got the word from customer support manager Chris Jones (really his name?) that I had been banned for repeatedly spending more energy in a day than was "physically possible," whatever that means. I am not a cheater, and no one capable of hacking would hack energy.

Now it's over five days locked out, and I assume they are evaluating my rather animated response. These guys wouldn't know a real cheater if he slapped them in the face, and their customer service is even worse than I have previously said it is.

During the timed events, of course I did. Other than for things like bullet drops, I don't even use energy. Nothing useful left to farm

Gree, surely you guys have some idea how many energy refills must have been needed to compete in the top 25/100 leaderboards during the Bay City mob war. More energy than ispossible in a day... What does that even mean?! Of all the ridiculous statements I've seen, that one ranks among the least well thought out excuses ever.

Thanks Dudeman, I knew there was a reason why I never attack or rob you - or maybe it was that you always collect on time. Lol. Anyway, I'm not worried, although I am plenty annoyed, and I miss my cluttered hood. I will give their customer support people a reasonable opportunity to fix this, but I have the skill and resolve to take it to the next level. The only reason I posted this is to further show everyone here how screwed up the people at Gree are. I'm actually mostly mad that they didn't talk to me first and took almost a week to tell me what happened. Merry Christmas, Dudeman

You should visit sometimes, I don't collect unsynched buildings until long after they're robbed. I'd rather they go to decent people, but the best I can offer is first come, first served. If Gree gets you back on by Sunday you could visit sometime around midnight for a casino that's not going to be anywhere close to synched.

I send in screenshots of people hacking/adding hundreds of map loot items in a number of hours and support cant even figure out that these people are cheating but they are able to contrive that someone who uses gold to reset energy for events is somehow cheating? Man some of those guys blow me away how retarded they are.

I 2nd your comments....This company is so bass ackwards I wouldn't be surprised. However that is a pretty lame reason. One of this companies primary issues is their lack of communication. When we get events one group of users will get it as late as 24 hours after the 1st group. They have emails linked to our player accounts it would be in their best interest to use it. Their lame excuses are unacceptable.

If I owned this company I would be livid if a spending customer was put on hold from spending. Period!

I got unbanned - pending further review, but I need some help here. When I got back into the game I saw that my energy refilled every 54 seconds, but at 7 units. I know I've had an event prize related to energy refills, but don't remember what it was. Seems to me that modifiers on top of modifiers may be an inherent source of error. BTW, the Gree guy dealing with this has been slow, but that may be the holidays, but he seems fair, and I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now

I figured you might know. What was the modifier? What I did learn is that they filter account information across the user spectrum for certain variables, and there are false positives. This might explain why cheaters who have multiple event prizes don't get caught; they are outside the standard filters and require individual attention. Individual attention has not been gree's strong suit.

I think the modifier was energy regenerates 66% faster. aka 5 energy every 1min or every 53seconds depending on your class. An error in the data occured when the Devils takedown was added to the android platform causing it to do double duty. The Loaded dice experienced the same glitch at the same time but was fixed relatively quickly.

I get 7 every 54 seconds as well.. has been that way for a while. What is normal energy regeneration...

Same here. It was from that event (I think it was a PvP event) where they messed up and gave the higher end prize to everyone, then decided to give BOTH prizes to everyone and promised to give a better prize to the top x players who should have received that top prize.

Or maybe I'm on crack and have been sitting out in the sun too long. :)
