I looked around through that "site that shall not be quoted" for about two minutes and found something, but similar to that copy and paste Gobble Buffet, it looks like a building from a cartoon (or a different game altogether) rather than something that belongs in Crime City.

Anything but hourly really...those are pointless in my book and only for decoration if they are pretty!

It's pretty freaky looking. I guess it would fit into a theme park block with carousel and ice cream plus decor (or Vegas)

I guess I could see that with an ICS and Carousel... But those short payout periods are a waste of time for me. That's why I deleted them all so long ago I can't even recall exactly when. 9-10 months ago maybe, if I had to guess.

I'd be more willing to consider this strange looking building if it was a LE defense building with a 2x2 footprint.

Depends on your strategy. My hood is full and I can't expand any further. I have a good IPH but defense could always be better. I have just enough space that I could fit one or two LE buildings, but if it's 5x5 or bigger just building one will take up the rest of my available space. I don't need the extra income and it just makes something else for rivals to rob and consume landmines, so adding a new money building with a collection period that I don't like isn't even something I have to think about. It's an easy "not a snowball's chance in the shark tank". :p

But if it was a good defense building I would think about it. I've been thinking about spending my tapjoy gold on a GMT (or two), but 360 gold is a lot for tapjoy so I haven't.

I dont think the haunted mansion was ever meant to have free upgrades.
If you were watching as they released it, it was free, then it wasnt, then it was. I think they just screwed it up
