Selling a Building...

What do you get back if you sell a building? I'm trying to go for the Anniversary building and I know when I get close I'm going to start freaking out (not enough to buy gold, though). If I unload a L1 nano, I'm thinking I'm getting back $9 MM. Is that right? (I have cement factory at L10.)

Nanos at level 1 will return 10 million.

Ok thanks that makes sense now. My next upgrade was $42 million, my previous upgrade was $26 million and I got half of that $13 million.

Also remember that even though you are paying a discounted price with the cement plant, you get back half of the un-discounted amount.
