I was ranked Exactly 100 on the Kill List at 49 Thug Kills when the leader boards froze. I did get another kill to 50 with under an hour left just in case, but it did not change what the leader board said. I was still listed as 100 with 49 kills. I have not received that sweet bike yet though. =( I put in a ticket for it.

all cash option and only killed 3 informants lol. My success rate plummeted from about 20 - 30%, to well below 10% after killing the thugs. Just glad they made it 5 thugs and not 15 this time.

My leader board didn't freeze.... Weird. But if it did then you may not have been into 100 by the end of it. It doesn't ever unfreeze so.You won't know what your ranking is. Only gree does mwahahahaha. Sinister gree laugh lol

Well, you will notice that once there is less than an hour left in the event, if you open the leader board, there is no option to refresh it. Also, I made sure to get another before the event ended. So, it said I had 50 kills in the event, but the leader board still had me at 49 kills and ranked Exactly 100. I submitted a ticket, but I think I have heard of a couple of other people who have not received their items yet.

Top 25/100 for time and top 100 for kills. Quite happy considering those 3 items are now 1,2,3 as far as attack points go!! :D

Well that totally sucks. I spent about $350 in gold to make sure I was in the top 100. I even had over 300 gold left over because I thought I was a lock. In the past, when they have frozen the leader boards, those were the final results, however, they would still give people time to finish the event itself and get the final event items. If I do not get it, I am going to demand a refund of all of my gold spent because that is total B.S. They can't just screw people over like that. I will come at them hard!

Send in a ticket asking to be refunded. Do this by asking them to take out the whole event (all your winnings) so as if you didn't participate in the event at all. But ask nicely and politely. Don't be rude.
They should do this for you especially if you're a first time spender. They will want you to spend again right?

I put in a ticket already telling them the situation and that I have not received my item yet. I told them about the leader board freezing and me seeing myself at 100 all the way up until time ran out. I also mentioned the leftover gold that I had and would have used if I had any doubt that I was out of the top 100. I think this happened in the first event I participated in like 7 months ago. I sent them something very similar, then I ended up receiving the item after about 36 hours, then I got a response back from them saying I was ranked like 259 and not 250. They apologized for the miscommunication. I still got the item so that was nice of them. I just turned 34 last Tuesday though, and I blew money that I got on my Bday all on this game. All for that car. Lol. Well... one concession I guess is that I am in the finals of my Fantasy FB league and I am primed to win $345 there. That would make up for what I spent on this event, but still... it is a matter of principal. Where does it say ANYWHERE in the game that when they freeze the leader board then you are just flying blind. It is wrong, and it seems to make people spend a lot of gold in that last hour while they say a prayer. I guess that is capitalism for you, but it is deceptive capitalism. If I knew that is how it went, I would have grabbed 4 more. I had 12 bullets leftover and over 300 gold. Not sure though. I am just playing the waiting game. If I do not get it, then I will probably do exactly what you said. Or at least have them refund anything I spent after taking down the boss. Who knows... We will find out soon enough.

350 wouldn't get you too far. Board was actually frozen it's just didn't say it. Numbers went static with 1 hour to go. Last time I saw it" top 100 was at 49 frozen to the time ran out.

Ha ha! I killed 5 informants. LOL. It was like trying to get the 10th item in a box event. That, and bullets were hard to come by.

Got the boss when only 30 mins left. Couldn't go any further, no bullets left. It was pretty hard to get bullets ... if I had bullets, i could go overtime :(

Exactly. This has also happen to some top250 events before...I think the only way to go is to make sure to have some margin.
Usually the top250 events don't have the same "pressure" as this top100...fewer prices this time with higher stats.
Always be 3 or 4 above the limit to avoid these situations.

Also not enough bullet drops, could have done 2--3 extra hits per day otherwise.

Gree messed up. I ended up with 2 of the Silent Justice guns. I emailed them and they took away both.
No response in 2 days asking to return the 1 I actually earned.
