Enter your email address (the one you send support tickets from and get responses on)
Have it create/reset your password
View all your open and closed tickets



If you click on your name in the top right it shows how many tickets you've opened. I'm at 50...way higher than I thought.

Ran a search and it looked like only a handful of MW folks posted about it...sorry that this is old news, but figured there must be a couple slow folks like myself.

Cool wasn't aware if this, only 8 tickets for me which I expected because I hate when I have to message them.

50 open tickets?....wow!!!Only like 6 open, the rest have been closed. Oldest open one: 20 days, newest open one: 1 day.

There's also one from October that got closed but never resolved. Have to bump that one.

I've known about this for a while now. If I would have known people were in the dark about this I would have posted it ages ago. This should definitely be sticky'd
In fact a support thread should be sticky'd with all important info such as bonuses and event rules

Still awaiting a response from a 3 week old ticket to remove my 110 henchman lol. Definitely isn't an urgent issue, but would be nice to have that deadweight removed from my mafia.

I've sent 15 tickets, 2 of which were requests to have accidental henchman purchases refunded.

if they can provide this than an inventory report should be easy no? Maybe my next ticket...
