Does anybody know how long it actually takes to regenerate your health from flat to full. So what i'm trying to figure out is how long I have to wait for my health to be full so I can start attacking when my health is from full rather than from half way down etc.

Like Andy says, the entire life bar is 100 minutes. You lose 25% of your life with each hit so you have to wait 25 minutes to fully recoup the energy from each hit. Also dont forget to let your health replenish before you trigger the next level boss. Wherever your health is after say, boss 5 is where you start on boss 6.

Do a search on past posts in the forum. Can't recall who, but someone did a nice timing summary of how to get the most hits in on a boss.
