Monster quest pop up. Help please

Just kidding, but that was happening to me awhile back also. I haven't seen it for a while, but I don't know how I got rid of it. I find it rather annoying.

That pops up on my iPad, but I just ignore it. Been doing that for a while now. Since its at the top of the screen it doesn't bother me much..
