FYI if you post it how you did and then click the link you will be taken to a new page that only includes the picture. Copy the URL from that page, return to your original post edit the post, delete the image portion and instead insert the URL between and and it will then appear the way I posted it. We most definitely need a woman boss. I'd also like a boss that was more rooted in the history of modern warfare (taking a break from fictional hitmen, caricatures of overweight no-name rulers, etc).

My suggestion is for a female soviet sniper. The soviets had thousands of these female soldiers in WW II. They were typically just as good, if not better than, their male counterparts. The pic below is of Lyudmila Pavlichenko, a soviet sniper during that war.
