Modern war not working

For some reason my modern war will not open and I'm not sure what to do
Is there any advice?

No data will be lost. I have deleted and re-installed it many times.

Just so it doesn't catch you off-guard, when you first open after a reinstall your stats will have lowered. This is expected behavior but is really just a display / sync issue (you haven't actually lost units). Close app, reopen and they'll be back and stats will be back to normal.
