In light of the current (and much anticipated CCM) AMA, I figured I would start one too. Unlike someone else's, I will actually answer any questions that are asked. If I don't know the answer, I will either research it for you or make up some absolutely ridiculous answer.

Got none of that.

Instead, we left with some wacky looking egg whisker, a mini palm tree, and a bunch of never before seen brands of Swedish chocolates and cookies.

The highlight of the trip was the excellent people watching opportunities. Among them being stuck-up Stephan and his rail thin tweeker lady friend arguing over the 2 most hidious boxy looking hotel lobby couch impersonations. Then there was the Asian contingent needlessly snapping pics of pretty much nothing as if Ikea was some kind of tourist attraction.

Not into Westerns. The only Western movie I liked was um.... I forget. It came out around the same time as Wyatt Earp did but had better actors (I hate Kevin Costner). Tombstone!!! With the exception of Top Gun, i think Val Kilmer is a pretty decent actor. i also liked him in Thunderheart. Ohhhh Cowboys & Aliens was pretty decent too.

Was it The Archie's?

Was it The Archie's?

No, Alan Parsons Projects. Archie's may not have toured I don't know about that one.

The new version of the band has toured but the original never did, almost 20 years and never did

When did Alan Parsons ever have a #1? The only song that I can think that MIGHT have made it would be Eye in the Sky but I don't think it ever hit #1. And.... They did tour. ;)

At first I was thinking Steely Dan, who had said they would never tour, but then they did.

NPR just had a story about traditional X-Mas foods, and one person wrote in about their deep-fried salted Eel and how Grandpa thought it was so cute to put a stuffed g**** in its mouth like an apple in a pig's....

What's the weirdest thing you've eaten for Christmas (or whatever..)?

I had kangaroo a couple of years ago. Deep fried salted eel sounds pretty gross. I'd like to try haggis one day.

The original never toured, first tour was in 1994. 4 years after the breakup. You are correct "Eye in the sky" was the highest in the charts #3. I didn't think I said they had a #1 just said they had a song in the charts.

seeing how I screwed it up I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, you win

I guess I misunderstood the part where you said "number one hit". Lollll

I'd say my answer was more complete. The Archies definitely never toured (they were essentially a fictional band made up of various session musicians) and their song Sugar, Sugar stayed at #1 for 4 weeks in 1969. :)

Q: A doctor prescribes anti-spaghetti pills to his patient. If the doctor prescribes 1 pill every half hour, how long would it take a patient to take 3 pills?

I remember seeing "The The" in Santa Fe back in the 90's and it was a big deal because they (he) never played live. "Soul Mining" still has to be one of the most depressing albums ever, so maybe not touring was a good thing....

Yes, your answer was better, I screwed it up. It was a trivial pursuit question back in early 1990s

All time favourite movie: Airplane 2: The Sequel!

Good. Day 2 of my vacation and I'm going a bit stir crazy, so I dialed into a conference call to give me something to do. I leave for Florida Saturday. Looking forward to it. :). This afternoon I'm going to record a cover of a song and throw it on YouTube.

A few things I will take away from your you tube videos Tony

1. Maybe I'm not the only old one this game

2. You can play Dire straits on guitar Makes you cool as **** (I settle if someone now a days has even hear Sultans of Swing)

3. I believe this is actually you

4. You have an uncanny resemblance to CCM's avatar and a bit like CCM himself too

5. Your stats are poor because you have rightly invested in guitar eq as it should be

6. Now after seeing you and seeing the girl on your couch I am certain many will question WTF is wrong w you.

Lol. I find it slightly odd that you saved the picture. Pretty sure I was not asking if I should go for it - I don't dip my pen in company ink. In fact, considering who it is, I was probably commenting about how retarded she is. She never did end up calling me to let her crash here after her abortion. Not sure what happened with that actually, I haven't spoken to her in a while.

Original line up of Ozzy / Buttler / Iommi / Ward. Dio wasn't bad either (I saw the Dio/Buttler/Iommi/Appice line up in concert just before Dio died) but the original line up just can't be beat. They're the reason I started playing guitar when I was 15. That and to try to impress Sophie Domachevski. Lolll

There's nothing impressive about a skinny 15 year old trying to play Iron Man over and over again. :). Thankfully I had my sense of humour to fall back on. That worked. :)
