Ok sat down and kept PVP non stop until got the unit.

You only get 1 unit through out the game with a boss at the end.


Kill him with 16 hits at about just under 800 energy use.

I was hoping there would be tiered unit prizes with each round completed, like during the previous limited time quest. Good to know that's not the case this time. That way I can ignore this quest and focus on the boss event.

You can do 20 attacks in an hour
=> assuming you only attack 20 times every hour or 10 times every half an hour for 15 hours a day

2 days = 600 attacks

You just have to keep up this relentless pace for this LT quest.
Higher stamina does help out in this regard where you don't need to log in every hour or half an hour

Considering the last Limited Quest worked out for free players, no surprise this one may require gems. But if I sleep 24 hrs over the next 54 hrs and have my wife handle all other daily living tasks I require so I don't take my finger off the Attack Again button I can finish this one for Free too!

A lot of people have 20 stamina because that is the max number of times you attack one person and it takes exactly one hour to refill 20 stamina.

Started at 12 when the quest begun. Big difference in attacking every 36 minutes and every 45. I couldn't let go of my iPad.

EDITED: Might of the Earth 34/24 and Leather of Lament 17/34. I got them both from PvE drops. Wish I kept track of which mission. But I didn't pay for them.

Bonus tip newer players might not realize yet: Leveling restores your stamina. Make sure you level just after you've completely depleted your stamina to maximize its effect.

GQ, same thing happened to me. 250 PVP and the actual quest tracker just showed up, starting me at zero. The red diamond was on the whole time like an event was progressing but I never had an actual tracker. Stupid nerfed event, I would have probably won and now I have no shot.

Finally got to the 6th level, so can stop attacking and get back to raiding ;). I usually collect 200K to 300k per day from raiding, so this quest had a high gold opportunity cost for me.

I have HS of 115 + weapons and I have 1150 energy. I was able to almost defeat the level 6 boss with just one energy bar. I'll finish him off soon. I thought he would be harder (like the last quest's final boss), so I spent a lot of time to get the 5 PVP levels done ASAP. Looks like I could have gotten some more sleep ;)

Well its just a matter of days to buy them back but the event item is priceless. So overall a good deal. As a non PVP player in KA it was shocking how much you loose even against opponents with weaker stats.

Also the final boss was kind of a disappointment. Took him down in one go burning a full energy bar.

I've just finished mine as well. It was a sleepless night for me but it was worthy. I lost around 10 dragons but I bought 20 during event. I was lucky to find two players with a lot of gold unvaulted. So no losses for me, just a new addition to my army.

Can't remember the exact costs per it but it was rather low. I'd say less then 50.

I have 1.240 energy and 117 HS. Took me exactly one full energy bar if that helps you estimating your chances.

Done!!! Woohoo. Last boss took 44energy per hit. 1082 in my energy bar with 83 hero strength, took me a full bar and some change.

I have 64 Hero Strength and my weapons total 52 attack. So that's potentially 116/attack (if that's how you calculate it).

Gambit - you have 16 hrs remaining. 6 of which is for Level 5 quest, 10 hrs will be left for the boss. 44 energy/3 = approx 15 mins per attack once you've drained your energy. depending on what your energy level and Hero Strength is you have a shot at this. at this rate for me i have 4 hrs left of attacking every 15 mins.

Why you are not attacking weak players ? , if you have 500 allies ,lower them to 498 so you will be able to see weak players all the time ;p

I compleated the task went from level 77 to level 79, attacked players with at least half my stats and lost 100k worth of gold in terms of lost units. But, they are easily replaced. an indestructible units of those stats are priceless to a free player.

Before you started on your run of 600 PvP wins did you see a Quest in your Quest Log? If not, I'm sorry to say my friend you wasted a lot of time this weekend. You should've had it in your quest log.

If you did have it in your Quest Log, where the Boss is would also be on your Quest Log which is the Crossroads Map.

Sam, I had the same problem only thankfully stopped at 250 PVP wins and sent a ticket. Still unresolved of course. It is really stupid that they roll out events that work for some and not for others. I have two devices and one finally showed up in the quest screen and started "officially" counting on Saturday night. The other device still doesn't have it in the quest screen...even though both devices have had the splash screen multiple times. Get it right, Gree!

It happens. I once attacked a player with one eighth my strength (attack vs defence) and I have WT10, but still lost a dragon. Just the vagrancies of the random number generator or whatever.

I got like 2 to 4 hits more on Bloody Minotaur Champion & he is history - with less than 7 hrs left to go & my main man Aragorn will dethrone his title...

It took me so long to get it done cause i started with only 7 stamina. I mastered 1 map to level 4 to get 1 skill point & i think i level up twice to make my stamina to 10. it help me a lot to finish quest #5 & now i'm waiting for my energy to reload & finish it up...

To me this limited quest is a waste, the honor points that is awarded is hardly any different from Tournament Rounds in the 100+, typing of such what is the max number in Tournament Rounds ? I'm on 166 currently.. but it gets redundant.

To me this limited quest is a waste, the honor points that is awarded is hardly any different from Tournament Rounds in the 100+, typing of such what is the max number in Tournament Rounds ? I'm on 166 currently.. but it gets redundant.It is 200 rounds, then there is the champion rounds yeah there pointless. When you win the champion round you get the foot solider champion a 5/5 unit The biggest joke of the game.

I finally got him a couple hours ago, I did use some gems to refill stamina along the way, but it was unneeded. When I did, it was mostly because I was finally attacking someone with some $ and I wanted to keep hitting the piggy bank. I had ~14-16 stamina throughout the event and it took some vigilance, but it was nice that the final boss was not too difficult. I ended up losing about 7k attack and defense from the run, however, I am working up my cash right now to go to BD10, so the drop in lower tiered units shouldn't be that big of a difference coming up in a week or two. Also, it is nice to have another 1k+ guy for almost no gems spent.

I just finished off this event (no gems). My apologies to all those rivals along the way and the bloodied trail of death in my wake. Fortunately with a level 7 Water Temple I only lost a handful of my own units in the 600 PvP. Good luck to everyone else for the final hour.

finished the event....not sure how I feel about it yet. Started at level 9, ended at level 23. spent about 260 gems. Item is nice, but was it worth it now!?

I replaced as I went along. All in all, I probably dropped 40-45 dragons, which roughly equated to my income during the same timespan. A little costly compared to typical events, but getting a heavy-duty indestructible unit ultimately makes it worth it. I can always raid enough to recoup my lost income, but opportunities to get units like these (without using gems) are few and far between.

I think the loss of units is proportionate. While i don't have dragons, i did lose my higher level units (embarassed to say just Manticore, Ornicopter and Siege Towers). While not as crippling as losing Dragons due to the time/effort/cash required, my IPH helped offset it the loses i did take.

Got the unit and spent only 20 gems to do so not that i had to but wanted to go to bed ontime. As said before lost units are replaceable high A/D units are hard to come by. I only leveled 2 levels during this time period so it wasn't all that bad from that perspective

Was able to complete it using only 20 gems, 1- refill to kill the final boss. Plenty of army losses although I realized it early enough to bulk up on imps and attacked lower def players to minimize losses of my better units. Interesting event with a nice prize, at least for me. Was able to finish at lvl 50 where I'll camp unitl the next boss event.

I have 500 allies and my dragon army is right around 1,000, so I lost a total of about 4-4.5% over 600 attacks. In light of the time constraint, I didn't always attack the fewest allied rivals, especially since A) rivals with ally counts under 400 only show up about 1 out of every 5 or 6 list refreshes, and getting rivals with fewer than 300 allies is about a 1 in 20 proposition, and B) everybody attempting the quest was hitting these allies since they were prime/easier targets, so you frequently got "This player is too weak to be attacked."

I didn't always attack the lowest. I was just 50 off completing round 5 but had to sleep as had to work next day. Close but no banana so to speak, so far too expensive but it wouldn't have been if I had got the unit....C'est la vie.

Sounds similar to me. I might have lost a few more, maybe around 60-70 dragons during the 600 attacks.

for this event they really needed to put in some intermediate prizes. this really was all or nothing, since the exp/honor isnt worth anything right now unless they roll out new honor units.

so... many people probably looked at the requirement and decided from the beginning whether they were going to give it a shot or not even try. if there were nice stat indestructible units given for each of the 5 phases, maybe there would have been more interest and participation.

I think I lost 1, maybe 2 dragons and a cannon. I focused mostly on people whose def was about 1/4 of my att. My low hero strength bit me in the butt on the boss - I gained a level just killing it.

Still has his 1250 dragons.

Also The1nONLY has just lowered his ally count to 470 ally cause he keeps seeing the same old rival list.

It was also his aim to find new cc's and by doing so his rival list has change to a new bracket seeing constantly players with brackets 100-500 allies.

He scored a few hackers with millions of gold with his new rival list.

By saying all this The1nONLY point is that if you dont want to lose units try lowing your allies far down and with this you see players with same level but different ally count and way lower stats.

Ravens fire their OC because Joe Flaccid doesn't like him and their defense is fraudulent, like my Texans Defense has become, so their not doing anything this year. 49ers and Broncos might be for real, Texans too if they can fix their defense and Offensive Line could be for real, right now Packers and Patriots are for real.
