Tickets and the boss

So I beat the boss but on the quest screen it reset at boss 35 so I'm on boss 36 but it says 1/40 bosses. Didn't get my grand prize, sent a ticket but they still haven't answered my nov 27 ticket about my missing ship. Tried a delete and reinstall, no go. Anyone else have this issue? Anyone else still missing a ship?

Not missing the ship, but I don't have the grand prize from the boss event though. The more people send in tickets hopefully they won't forget about us

As I wrote on another thread...

I think for once they were primed correctly to address the balls up they themselves created and expedite any related tickets...I got my missing boss item within 2 hours (1 hour 57 minutes to be exact)...definitely a record for a ticket resolution.

So, keep at it...painful and time consuming though it might be...

I checked the zen city crime desk and they still aren't assigned to anyone. Boooooooo

I got my response from support which said that I only beat the boss as many times before the reset occurred, which is BS, since I have 40 prize items to show for it. I sent a reply back to support. Any one else get push back on this?

I haven't gotten anything yet but that is disheartening to hear. Did you take any pics beating boss 40 or any of you fighting boss 41?

I got my item didnt send any pics....... hinted you guy's should be smart enough to see that I killed boss without pictures.
But it did took almost 3 days (counted from the auto reply mail I got), so dunno what time rest of people made a ticket.

I took screenshots of all the items that equal 40, I didn't think I would have had to take a screenshot of boss 40.

I got my reply in 2 days. You think they could easily just count the number of boss items and figure this out pretty quickly.

This was my first boss fight win. after winning battle 35, I got a 24 Att and 24 Def. And I did not receive anything else but it went to lvl 36. Sent a ticket but no answer as of yet

Only when killed boss 40 times u get a extra prize. So killing boss lvl 36 gives u nothing extra.

Also had goal counter reset on both my accounts. Sent tickets when boss 40 did not give a prize. Attached screen shot of boss 41 to the second ticket. Have had no response on either one

I'm still waiting for a reply on my reply. I wonder how hard it actually is (not be sarcastic or anything) for support to check inventory items and make an inventory adjustment.

@Bill - Thanks to your guide I created a simple excel calculator that accurately predicts how much gold I need to spend to get this item and the best time to level up. Wouldn't of tried to go the distance without the data from that guide.

I got my roaster. Took a while but at least support got it right. Kudos to CE, whoever (s)he is.
