Hate to change the subject but I have a where am I question. I lost my game on android when trying to do the latest update. Had to uninstall and on reinstall got a brand new game instead. Comtacted support but their average response has been like 7 days to never. Even sent a letter to contact us on the forum. Any more suggestions. 7 days down time can kill a game. This happens right at the start of the factions. Bad timing

If you already setup "transfer between device" before it lost, it will be more easier.
I did to all my game in case of lost.
Otherwise, wait for support response.

It may take a few days, but you should be back up in about a week maybe less. I had a similar thing happen, when my iPod went swimming in the ocean. Electronics and salt water don't mix well. Took less than 7 days to get all my games back.

No just one device, but you need your transfer code. Which you should set up, obviously before your device is lost or damaged.

I am thinking of joining up with you guys is probably easier than booting half my faction and rebuilding/recruiting.......
Right now have invested over $320 million into my faction while still buying 2 annaversery buildings.
Should I join up with you guys? Scary putting that kind investment at risk, as leader I have job security.
I have committed to, and maintained, donating at least $15 million day for my faction. That was befor the av buildings so I'm sure I can do a fair bit better than that for you guys, intersted?

Oh yeah, forgot to tell you guys. I am a medium ( would be my guess ) gold buyer and have spent a while camping before the barrage of events started, so I have a well develloped base if not army( I havent been replacing casualties during my fund raising adventures ). Also I've been reading the forums alot over the last 6 or so months and feel more like a forum member than outsider. My number of posts does not reflect this because I get enjoyment outa reading the discussions, and besides that someone else usually does a fair job of getting my point across, without haveing to take the time to write/post/check for replies/respond in turn. If you guys sign me up, I would be an active player in both the faction forum here but also the one in game. I was an avid Guild Wars player and am fired up that Gree brought guilds here! I would also donate a ****-ton of cash, I am 4 ish million overvaullt right now and I've been off work for the last month due to spinal issues so I've been raiding like crazy. No exaggeration when I say I donated over $320 million to my faction.
Hope you guys respond soon.......... Feeling guilty that I'm gonna bail on my team and a couple sharks found me today so I don't think my overvaullt will last. Oh well, it's worth it to have a team that all works and contributes significantly.
