Any new PvP drops?

I had an old level 150 account and was getting some really nice PvP loot drops. Steel forged infantry and a sea unit a submarine of some sort. The both had high stats like around 25/25. Are thoes unlocked at a certain level or just a short time PvP drop?

The ones I get are all.. how do I put it... lower half of one digit, get it?
