Leveling Up vs Completing Boss Event

I finally got my first Boss Event ever to trigger with Defeat General Schwartz. As a FREE player at the low level I am, even the Uncommon units are helping me. I have been camping trying to get stronger but now I'm torn between continuing with this Boss Event or remaining a LLP to get stronger camping. Anyone have any opinions on the best course to take?

Get the Good FREE indestructible units while you can - otherwise you'll be struggling later to farm units that may become nerfed jus to have something with an attack above 50 (highest non-valor attack score you can currently purchase)

boss events give out the most and best indestructible units in the game, and they level you up less than any other event. absolutely do boss events no matter what the rest of your strategy is

To put it in perspective i typically get 2 Rares and 5 Uncommons each boss event. At lvl 67 i can compete in 2 Boss events before leveling up. If your a lower level you will probably level up more. But if have at least Military Ambulances to defend your base (add in a lvl 5 Electronics Factory and lvl 5 Composites) you should be able to defend off 95%+ of all attacks up to this level.

Now some bosses aren't going to drop as good as loot as others...but your playing for average. Boss = Best payout for any player under lvl 100!

Don't listen to them, camp like me avoid the boss event like a plague and when the time comes beat him 35 times and swipe the rewards.

I might do this when I reach lvl 22 or 23 and then wait till I am maxed out on allies and have a good allied attack number. What do you reckon the allied attack needs to be at to defeat the EB 35x?

I'm pretty sure it's around 13-15k attack needed to do it for free.

If you find camping boring you can do attacks for valor plus bp and missions for skill points so you are building on all fronts , the boss events are good for free players up to 150 so go for it if you want to , as long as you build iph as well you will be fine. Early levels on cc I used level ups to win a few top prizes on boss events for free.

I beat 42 boss in cc with no gold ! Then went over 31 and beat 24 .

So at level 23 that would be 115 allies and 460 units. At 15K that works out at an attack density of 32.60. Thanks for the info!

You really shouldn't have to level up that much to do this. One hit to trigger, up to 13 to kill. I'm not even sure each hit gives xp or just the kill. At most, one level. If anyone knows how much xp the boss gives, my LLP would also like to know.

Each boss you beat gives out more and more xp. I just beat one i think it was number 22 and he gave me 120 xp

Level 1 boss is 10 xp, each additional level adds 5 more, so 15, 20, etc.

My advice would be this;

Compete in these events and Boss Battles. Level up until you get to level 75, and then improve your income to no end. :)

Are you trying to beat the Boss without Spending Gold? Youll need 80k Attack Give or Take i believe to do it for completely free.

The only thing i bought with real $$$ was the composites factory which helps other than that I am also a free player too almost.. what i am saying is just play the game for fun or what I do is play when I am waiting FOR my WEED MAN after all its just a game

Even Better...You can't Bring 400 Allies to Battle at level 67 (only 335) Then the Difficulty Bracket Changes after 75 (375 allies) So At level 75 if your best unit is a Super Bomber and you have 1500 of them you only have 75k attack. However if you are Russian Nation you would get to use your boost. Pushing you past the 80k. The one way you can hope is you can pick up some uncommon and hopefully Rare Units to help boost your stats. Granted the 80k mark could be off? I haven't seen anyone Below the 75 Tier Track their progress all of the way so maybe it's only 70k? If it was still 30 Bosses then it was something too shoot for! But if you can make it to 30 then going 5 more is only 180 gold which you can get from tapjoy.
