Can someone explain what happened to my Lvl 46 account? Here's the set up...

My stats were around 42k attack, 41k defense.
Of that, I had 27 TP's and 6 turkeys.
My win/loss stats were 778/3 Fights, 908/0 Robberies.
IPH 140k and a ton of money sitting around unbanked.

So, I go out to lunch with my daughter and her friend to a tea room. It was a lovely afternoon btw. Then did a little shopping. Very nice.

Then I come home to find:
Successful robbery symbols over half my buildings.
None of my unbanked cash touched.
All my TP and Turkey's gone.
My stats still show 778/3 Fights and 908/0 Robberies
My news feed is empty except ONE robbery notice that I'd WON a robbery by someone named "000000000000000" There is nothing else in my news feed at all except the one robbery notice saying I won.

What the bloody heck?
Can anyone explain what happened?

I sent a ticket as I recommend you should too. He was level 47 when he attacked me (Im lvl 33...) and has about 33 excelero's and 36 RPGs... It makes these boss events much harder... Ill tell you that

To explain:

1.) TP/turkeys go VERY quickly.
2.) when you get robbed, it doesn't count against your robberies lost, only robberies where you fail in a rob count.
3.) the same person attacking or robbing multiple times gets rolled into a single news update. I thought robberies were separate, but in this instance must not be.

No way he could attack me and you in the same day.. theres a 13 level difference between us alone! I was contemplating starting a thread but I felt that it wouldn't make a difference since I already have been through this before. It sucks I know..

If you get robbed multiple times in one minute, they will be all on 1 feed. The next minute will be a new feed, so on and so forth!

But, when you loose explosives, it shows up on the news feed. My news feed doesn't show any explosive consumed.

And, I don't show a loss to this person so I can't go visit. And haven't been able to find them on my rivals list.

All robberies of the same person involving explosives loses , will be rolled into one news times total .
there might be 100 seperate robberies as long there is nobody attacking you .

they will be rolled into one newsfeed , even if there are 10 robberies attempt .
But in reality there are still 10 news feed of succesfull robberies .

How do I know cause am involved in a rivalry with a girl , she is persistant :) in destroying my TP .
which I don't mind at all , infact she is quite hardcore , she has around 200-300 robberies lost to destroy 100 toilet paper . Those robberies will be rolled into one news feed , and suddenly you have a blank news time.

you want to hear something funny lmao , I even gave them the website where these hacks came from .
they don't even understand IT jargon it seems >.< ...

So yes the feed back was extremly negative , support stinks that is the truth ...
Monster Quest or not , having such issue during christmas ;) means simply put people have to dig deep !
Sorry CCM also read the problems last week , so there is simply no excuse , support gone down the drain .

AJ in the past would refund people atleast the cash stolen , since cash is useless ..but it is the tought that counts.

Are robberies different than attacks? Because attacks will all blend together if its the same person and there are no 'interruptions'...have had some folks take me for 300k and itll say 2 hours ago then when they come back for another 300k is reads '600k - a minute ago' and blends it all together...

THAT, happened to me twice, right after the Toilet Paper & Explosive Turkey events. Ticket sent but got the standard Gree response about investigating a cheat. So pretty much nothing you can do....

The 00000000000 bandit is still active. He just cleared out all of my Turkeys and TP bombs just like everyone else. Seems to be suspiciously active during boss events and he seems to be specifically targeting the high power specialty explosives.....seems to be no other motive than to eliminate any easy advantages to win the boss events without spending gold..... the only group that would really benefit from this type of behavior would be Gree!

Perhaps this 0000000000000000 character is like Agent Smith in The Matrix, sent to clean up all of the misfits who are exploiting the Turkey and TP gags?!?!?

Well, I'm glad to heard 000000000000000 has been dealt with, but I'd like to be made whole. I haven't received any response from support since their email confirming my report.

If Gree can't put simple filters in place to stop hackers, then they need to make an effort to repair the damage they do. Otherwise, people will lose incentive to spend real money if restitution to victims is not part of support's function.

If Gree doesn't want us to use the Seasonal Explosives for boss events then they could just not include them in the mystery calculation for the attack scores when you hit the boss or perhaps just make them all disappear after the PVP event is over. Sending a hit man to wipe out all the people who managed to hold on to a few bonus explosives without any explanation is a strange way to keep the playing field tilted in the direction that requires people to buy gold.

Maybe in the future Agent 00000000000000 could at least leave a courtesy message to players to explain the situation. Perhaps something like this:

"SMACK! That's what you get for trying to exploit our gag gift explosives. Buy some gold if you want to win the event."

Sounds like you got hit by a similar Greebot as my Avon account did.

Avon was at level 69 with the following stats
Unbanked Money
$76m
Attack/Defence
125k/120k
Fights W/L
2856/0
Robberies W/L
6142/0

I had 105 TP's and with my record i would of held onto them for quite a while. I woke up one morning to find all my buildings had been successfully robbed by a player with 50k attack and 20 levels above me. She blew up all of my TP's but not a single attack on my unbanked money.

My stats were still intact because she didn't attack me and we all know that when a player successfully robs you it isn't classed a loss for you.
Anyway i sent a ticket and was told it was a seasonal product and that the TP's wouldn't be replaced.

Anyway i got over it and two weeks later i was 'blind' attacked by a massive gold spender with stats of 125k/125k. Only if i'd had my TP's it might not of ruined my stats.

Anyway i got over it and i suggest you do the same Peppers. Nice stats btw :D

We both got hit by that gold spender :) He gave my stats quite a whack.

The way I figure, he spent enough money to earn the right to blow up the TP on my higher level account. I might not have enjoyed losing, but I don't feel cheated like I do with 000000000000000.

FYI: As for the "Cleaning" message I had under the app icon... I don't know what that was about. Its back to normal, my stats are unchanged, nothing was returned to my inventory. Best of all... I still have time to finish the boss - by about 3 minutes.

Seen it, support are very unhelpful if you get attacked, but in my circumstance they hit my cash in hand.
Lost some turkeys too.

I understand from gree point of view that someone could be creating bot to attack themselves so they may get reimbursed for the loss.

As we heard from someone on the forum that gree use to reimburse cheaters loses before, so I conclude that support had too many tickets on the issue so stopped reimbursing loses.
Now the same people are putting out bots to hit high gold spending targets just to build a bit of support that gree are not doing enough against cheaters.

I'm not sure but I think the 0000000000 as username only shows for people who haven't jailbroken or rooted their device, otherwise it clones your mafia name.

man, every aspect of the game has been glitching lately.
it lagged and glitched as i was scrolling through the shop and it made me purchase a stamina refill for 20 gold as i was trying to drag the screen to the weapons and i already had full stamina.

also, finzio advertises a restore health kit for 1 gold if you lose a boss fight. then when you actually buy the health kit, it charges you 10 gold. the quality of this game and the customer retention and support is plummeting and its getting worse and worse. not to sound like ive been playing for years, because i just started playing this month

A couple pages back I saw someone mention that your news feed shows when you lose explosives. This is true, but on android, it only shows when you lose explosives from losses, not from wins.

I know it's a bit late, but I'm on my phone, and haven't been checking the forums for a while.
