The iPhone 5 has been out for over two month now and it's still running letterboxed. How hard is it to make it slightly bigger ehh. I know there are more pressing issues on hand but come on, I suppose it's one if those easily fixable issues that has been thrown out the window.

I thought whenever an update comes out that they have to implement this fix. With MW 3.0 coming out soon, that would mean it would be fixed then.

That's what I was thinking, should be updated when 3.0 comes out. But there has been an update since the 5, I would of though they would of changed it then tbh

I got that in September. I ordered it July 4th weekend to my specs :). Thanks for the compliment, I really enjoy driving it.

I am sure it will eventually come. I have over 500 apps, 300+ installed and there are many that still run in letterbox mode even for apps released by major corporations. The actual process for the developers to get their app to fit to an iPhone 5 screen doesn't involve too much work so it does remain a mystery why it is taking so long to get them out of the door. Maybe the Apple app vetting process is slowing the release of the updated apps optimised for the iPhone 5. Patience is a virtue!
