Last epic boss events I never got above level 25 (within the 2 hour timeframe) with my 3500 + an exploding turkey.
I'm not even starting anymore until I'm sure I can go all the way. This pushes up my level too fast.
When you increase 1 level you add 1 large item from the event, and 4 lowest items from your inventory, so not a good deal IMHO.

Not really. Would add maybe 150 to stats. Respect weapons add nothing to stats. So extra Respect from robberies is worthless.

Well gun may be not all that powerful but i do like the bonus that it gives, and it is powerful enough for me... (though i suppose will need to spend some tapjoy gold) and there is pretty good explosive for the 7th Rifle Part...

I agree that this isnt the greatest weapon stat wise, but it is an event that I am actually looking forward to participating in. I have had zero interest in non-boss events for a long time... from back when I opened 22 or so boxes per day. I know I might actually have a chance to get this for free, and reasonably good chance for moderate gold. (unless they changed old probabilities.)

If the modifier were different, I would be buying gold again for the first time in as long time.

Yep exactly ! I have nearly 400k rp on hand. Plus top ten can cheap or cost 3 vaults it's big gamble not worth it for crap mod. Crates far better deal for stat increase

I'm not really sure. I get the from time to time. Chance is very low for any kind of activity though... But I suppose i have enough...
I have 4 Rifle Parts and 10 unopened boxes... And only 1 box that did opened give me something other than rifle part (it was 500 Respect btw)
As i use only cash opens I usually have a lot of unopened boxes somehow...
I will try to go as high as possible with cash opens, and then will use tapjoy gold during the last day I suppose...

It gives 33 XP and it only requires 56 energy if I remember correctly. It's the second apartment building in the bottom right corner.

Just go the 10th item, that's my 2nd 10/10 item in my inventory along with the corpse maker. The good news is I didn't use much gold at all and it boosted my stats about a hundred on A/D. The bad news is respect points are practically worthless to me at this level...... Hence the reason I probably got it so easy! :p

Overall though it was nice to see a 10 item event instead of a top 25 that I have no chance at whatsoever!!

Well since your a new player if you can't get boxes through PVP than you have to do first map to get the boxes. Maps certainly give you boxes but at the sometime forces you to level up.

Gunny you just have to find the boss in any of map there will give you boxes ( Usually one require most hits in the map)

Not a good feeling about it..... Will go to the end if I can finish 40th boss before event is over. Spend 60 occasional gold with didn't add a bit to reassurance I can get it. Good part.. only 1 left.. Just wanna get it for the sake of getting it :) not really amazing weapon and modifier is of no use to me.

The chance of going from 9 to 10 is 2% IF you successfully open the box.
That's an exact percent, it's not just a random number :p
Be patient opening every hour.
Pawn said that you have 2% to got it.

For me this event is the same as the others. Waiting for the last rifle part.
I got the first 9 parts on the first day(!) and since then nada, nothing, zilch....

Slim. I tried it once when I was sitting on 9 trying to get to 10 with 90 tap joy gold (6 opens) and got nothing. Could turn into a money pit. OThers swear by the "early-in-the-game" timer reset and open method, but I never had the gold to try that one out.

No, I think every one has same chances (using same tool for open, free low change, cash medium chance....), you must open gun lockers, obtained doing PVE, PVP...
For example I'm a 40/44 stats, same prizes like Vitus79 (gold player, hl stats...),

Not sure that I want to keep messing around with these, since it looks like unless you completed the events like some others have explained, by opening everything on the first day (since I was on Android not possible), that many had no luck at getting to the top.

I know that android players you had problems first day, but I read here, and there are some post about this kind of events here, that says it's better to obtain/open the more posible boxes first day.
