Don't forgot don't attack the people , attack the system if you are not happy ...

Sometimes support gets hurt , when the post are not to be taken personal .
But is a complaint to the system , it same way CCM has been doing the forums .

He has to represent the company , but sometimes he is not pleased either .
Like giving us hints ;) sadly he is a community manager , CJ is support , then you have the engineers.

Sometimes all three of them are not on the same cord .
