We don't have a system for offering in-game warnings. Generally these bans are temporary once the player appeals them. Sometimes they're permanent.

If you see something like that report it and we'll take action. For name / language violations the support team mostly works off of player reports.

And Leon isn't muted. After many screenshots of her bypassing the swear filter, they then asked me to copy and paste, so did that and lo and behold 10 minutes ago she is there swearing again. Yet a player who spends £15k gets a straight ban. Sometimes support just goes beyond belief.

Inconsistency is paramount. There's a guy in the 130 level with the name Sh*thead and the name is fully spelled out. There are names where F***K is actually spelt out in very creative ways. Cursing in foreign languages are pretty good as well.

hard to say the filtering system is consistent in it's execution but I guess much depends on players calling out players. I have to tell you for just a game you begin to understand how childish and immature a lot of people over 18 are all over the world. The amount of whining when you are attacked etc when that's the major point of this game is just crazy. The cursing soon follows.

1) I think you fail to understand that breaking the rules is breaking the rules. I get your point, but you're making excuses for people breaking rules and trying to shift blame.

2) That's certainly your opinion. Judging from the number of complaints people send in about getting muted they don't consider it a warning, but a punishment, which it is. The only real warning is an actual warning, but I guess that's just my irrational side talking.
