It seems gree have some issues.
As many people know lots of players were attacked by a hacker/bot last weekend. Many tickets were sent complaining about this problem.
What was gree’s reply? Fact, they replied with nonsense saying they cannot replace the pvp turkeys that were lost, they did not even bother to offer the $’s lost. for me I was hit 55 times by this bot/hacker.

In my opinion it is gree’s responsibility to protect its clients but is seems they do not care. I have had quite a few messages from other high end gold spenders who are getting the same response from them. The ones so far have said they will never buy gold again.

Issue 2, I bought 3 vaults in the sale at 40% off. When I confirmed the purchase my account was not credited. This was a glitch with gree the purchase was made at the same time as the events started.

The reply from gree was “we cannot credit your account and you have to ask itunes for your money back” also said we cannot give you the sale price and only credits can be given during sale times when purchased.
Well for me, I will not spend another penny with gree if this is the way they treat us, then same will go for other high end players.

What will this achieve? Not much unless many stop spending, it seems to me gree do not care about their client base and I would have thought gree are doing this because they intend to finish with cc quite soon.
probably bringing out cc2 because the flaws in this one.

When are are IT schools and Universities going to teach customer service? The little things go a long way when you build a Brand. Isshi stats are enormous, so he has spent good money on this game. How hard is it for the support person to notice this and think, why would this player lie about 3 vaults of gold when he has spent thounds. Moreover, why would I want to risk his business over such a small amount and with this being a social game why risk the bad feelings he could spread. In all reality it's not the support persons fault, it's a Lack Of Training on Gree part.

Gree you bought a 210 million dollar Brand at the rate your going it will not be worth 2 cents.

I am still surprised that they don't have a customer supprt team who caters the needs of some of the biggest spenders in this game. I really hope Isshi is wrong about phasing out CC....

I'm not a gold player but this game runs because lot of players spend real money buying gold.
Some of them spends lot of money.
There is no a customer service according to what is being paid
too many examples of underestimating customers, gold or free players, too many

Too many mistakes, forgetfulness, etc, easily solvable for Gee, there's something hidden in this way to act. I fear the worst...

This is just SOP wth Gree. I bet the support person never read your ticket (possibly because they're overworked) and just spewed out a canned response. Maybe there's a group action that might convey the player base's dissatisfaction with Gree's attitude to their bread and butter? I might come up with something, but I'm experiencing a brain fart right now. Can anyone else suggest a course of action that might get the company's attention?

They took away the only event it was capable of winning without gold, the collect ten and made it an auction. And it upped there gold income immensely. They no longer want medium gold spenders like me. They want the mega spenders, and the free players they feel they can ignore.
But the real question is, if they bought out cc2, would you download it and spend as much again?

I usually need to respond to their response before someone actually reads the ticket. Might want to try that instead of giving up after the first failure to get an intelligent response. I don't necessarily agree with their model, but I could see how they can save money by not resolving an issue until someone responds (confirming its a major problem).

You can't squash CC formidable leaks like these , you think once CC is dead those group of people don't move over to MW or MQ ?
Sorry customer support was the reason I spent the first 2,5k € without asking for a bonus .

But it is not the same market as Japan ! , sure we can sell our ipad and iphones .
But the ones who can afford those stats , people have for selling , usually can buy it themself .
Otherside without cheats and hacks squashed !
How can you ad value to these stuff , now time for customer support to wake up .
Your guys are giving virtual items , that isn't that much work ..

But when true work shows up like security issue of this magnitude , you say you won't refund PvP loses?
Wait so if somebody manage to hack gold theft , you will not refund it ?

Biggest crap ever , sure you won't refund from legit pvp players ... But you damn know well who had been affected by hackers/cheaters .

Now second issue , well Honestly is this the way to handle a customer ? Sorry You got Trey itunes Recipes .
Says enough , if he can afford it or not , refund his 3 measy vaults .
When you give scammers 150k free gold , let rotten apples have "fake chinese" gold , and still didn't ban them .
where they even admit openly they didn't spent enough real money into this game .

The ones who did you are refusing support ? Why cause some Q.Q queens complain ?
Same Q.Q queens that have been bullying others cause they spent a bit more , but cannot handle the crap if some mega spender steam roll them ?

It is not about the money for some of us , it is about customer support !

I'm not defending Gree/Support but did they say they never received your money? Of coarse I'm sure you're right that iTunes processed the payment from your account but are they saying they never got the funds then from iTunes? Wow, pretty messed up.

Sounds like the Allstate scandal a few years back where corporate SOP was to deny every health claim, then actually look at it once it was appealed. They saved millions on the people that didn't appeal. If it's good enough for the Good Hands people...

I bought Black Ops 2 for the PS3 and I can't even play the game on-line or local for more then 2 minutes without it locking and needing a complete system reset. All Activision is saying is "They are sorry and have a team feverishly investigating the problem for PS3 players around the clock..." once they have your money they really don't care that much or they just can't fix the issue(s). It's a problem everywhere, not just Gree. I called yesterday and the wait time was over 1hr to speak to support and it was just an automated response saying "Sorry, we're working on it, does this response address your concern?" ...... S.crew them all.

No gold weapons... Only boss and pvp prizes. No crates. As much tapjoy as I can get, one add me Monday win. I see farming tapjoy as just another aspect of the game.

I've heard itunes, itself has tighten down on gree.

Their game have has a large amount of fraudulent payment for in game credits.
Gree have been told that any fraudulent transaction will not be paid by apple.

So gree are now talking a, shot now ask questions later method.

I don't believe as Dudeman is saying that the game is getting phased out as yet.
I believe gree is trying to frustrate player who been playing for over a year by getting them to quit to level out the playing field.

The pvp loses that gree can not reimburse is most likely that gree themselves had a hand in it.
How can someone with 400+ fighterjets & 400+ sarin grenades at level 128 inc 400+ of every top rp weapon 'NOT BE A CHEATER'

That seem fishy, if I was to accidentally spend gold on an instant upgrade, then the chances of a refund are very high.

The only true winners in this game are the ones who didn't or spent a minimum amount of gold.
Regardless of how high your stats got to or what gang you joined gree alway was the winner and will always stay the winner.

Only thing that gold brought was a bit of an ingame social status which in times dies away.

i emailed itunes about an hour ago and got a quick reply. they will refund my money, but this was never the point.
to be told even after a few emails to gree they can not help me. then to say i can not have the vaults i bought in the sale and would have to pay full price.... thats just wow. i give up!!!
i may as well be a hacker or make a bot, seems ill get rewarded for that.

Yea lol heard it, thanks for playin along. Quick question, just got in my car to go to work and have a parking ticket!!! It's states no parking on my street (residential) between 3-5am, but there is no sign posted anywhere. Do I have a shot to fight it?

Assuming your city has similar rules to every place I've ever lived... no. The city probably has parking ordinances such as odd/even parking, no parking between certain hours, winter emergency parking rules, etc. that aren't posted on signs but everyone's expected to follow them anyway.

The ordinance does allow permits to park on the street during that time for those people that do not have adequate room on the property to fit all of their vehicles. Permits will not be available for residents' convenience. Commercial vehicles are prohibited in residential areas overnight and will not be issued permits.

Thanks, end of the month, ticket quotas need to be met..... Any Cop/Official who says "Quotas don't exsist" are lying. I'd rather pay the ticket then have the wife yell at me at 6am to move my car.....

Quotas definitely exist. When they pass these laws, they hire consultants to calculate how much it will cost to enforce, how much revenue it will create, how much revenue will come from locals vs. out-of-towners, etc. If it turns out their revenue is not meeting the expectations, they start having meetings to discuss the lack of enforcement. It's a cash cow.

1.) compile a specific lost of things we feel had to be changed.
2.) start an online petition, or a thread here that contains a list of people, levels and spending habits.
3.) forward this to higher ups in gree or funzio.

If this has no affect choose a month, Jan/Feb and try and get everyone to stop spending money for that month.

The problem is you heavy gold spenders keep spending money on gold regardless of the numerous issues that have existed and will continue to exist with this game. Remember the huge thread about the gold boycott? What did that accomplish? The next leaderboard event Gree released had incredibly crappy rewards for the collect 5, 10, 15, 20 items, yet people STILL spent money on gold.

People can threaten all they want about not buying gold anymore, but the reality is, that's not happening. While I personally can't fathom why people would spend so much real money on a mobile game that really is nothing more than building stats by buying virtual items and spending gold on recycled events (with different graphics), people will continue buying gold. And as long as people keep doing that, Gree couldn't care less about empty threats.

I wasn't blaming the gold spenders, but if what you described is the mentality that the heavy gold spenders have - that they have to keep spending money on gold to remain "competitive" in this game, then that's on them. What incentive does Gree have to do anything for the playerbase if the heavy gold spenders are going to keep buying gold regardless?

Let's say you're a heavy gold spender with 200k stats...is participating in an event and spending "x" number of dollars on gold to increase your stats to 203k really worth it at the end of the day? As long as people continue spending gold which suggests the answer is "yes", Gree will keep churning out the same events over and over.

That's absolutely correct.

To some it more to do with the status, having people looking up to you in cc.
To them the notoriety, the LEGEND tag is the only goal.
