How to get low XP on PvP

Recent TP and ET event trigger lots of PvP actions which is what I usually tried to avoid as it cause you level up too quickly. Is there a way to keep the XP low? Attack the person has def score close to you, maybe?

Unfortunately, xp obtained from PvP attacking is completely random, and you can't strategise for minimising your xp.

The only way to keep XP low is not to PVP or complete missions.

I'd say robbing laundromats

I normally pick up some targets who will not fight u back and with less than 500 mafias.
Then repeated attack those targets in the rival list on a two hour basis.
Basically they will not fight back and I never do any thug life missions because rp is as useless as cash.
