just purchased gold for the first time (240 gold at 40%discount) however its been half an hour since i made the purchase and still no sign of gold. dose it usually take this long or should i go to support?

Send ticket to support. It is instantaneous when you click buy.

For me, their were times when it was instantaneous, sometimes, it would take around a minute. The last times I had bought, it took around 20 minutes to show up. But I sent in a ticket as well.

Call itunes and get your refund. That's my advice. Do tapjoy to earn gold. That's my advice.

Try exiting the game. That happened to me once, I sent a ticket, but the gold showed up when I reloaded the game. The response from the ticket was to contact the iTunes store.

To send a ticket - go into MW and find the help section under more, and the contact support button is on the top left.

Make sure you were charged first.

right just sent off the ticket. checked and i have the reference in itunes stating that i have made the purchase

Don't give GREE any money is my advice, they don't care about us players, only about our money.
Until they start putting resources into improving the game, gold should be boycotted.
Both direct purchasing and tapjoy.
Tapjoy pays GREE. And besides, most of the stuff there do the same things as trojans/spyware, only it's on your smartphone, disguised as a cute game, nevertheless you get 1 gold in MW for letting some "game developer" copy your address book + your number + discovering any accounts on your phone (which may be your mail or number).

You iOS users don't see app privileges before accepting, do you? (not 100% sure)

I had this happen repeatedly on the android Amazon version of the game. After the third time and third ticket they advised uninstalling amazon version and installing googleplay store version. That was a few months back and i haven't had any issues since. Also send a ticket if you bought 5 or more vaults and ask for your bonus. There is a buy tier for every 5 vaults.. They will send you details. Enjoy
