It's as invisible as the boosts, and just about as effective.

Why nothing.
I suspect, if you just had to buy something, $15 or $20 won't break you; and Gree won't get rich off of you.

Yes, it is only some 30% - with price increase in EUR. Staying strong, no virtual gold for real money and broken promises.

I am not buying it..not when my game profile is so f****d up and what is here already don't work..Still 1 point short of completing spec ops, 485 allies showing on my board but the game tells me I have none, lose valour unit points but not replaced when I purchase replacements, the pwderpuff glitch...I can attack you all day and you lose nothing!!. So guys...look lord up...he''s a pussy!!!

Jep, I'm going to buy a Lego 4x4 Crawler, for the money I'm not spending on this game anymore, and build it with my Son. No more gold and just pure free game play fun in MW and at home with my kid.

This really sucks because I'm supporting the gold boycott but I really need gold so I can buy the Composite Factory I know this isn't exactly a full boycott but get the composites factory through tapjoy. I have got my factory and completed 35 kills of an epic boss with using this method. DO NOT BUY ANY GOLD!!

I was tempted at first but then I realised that there's nothing really worthwhile to buy for the gold anyways... Only time I've felt a need for gold has been when I had 9/10 crates open. Otherwise, patience does the trick for me :cool:

I have never purchased gold from Gree for any of their games. I can't believe in order to get the boost building, the Composite Factory at 250 gold, one can only purchase it with gold or get it via free gold. I can't be bothered to go through all the offers to get to 250 free gold, so....

As it is 40% off, I have made my first and LAST purchase of 240 gold for £7.99 rather than £13.99, so that I can get this 'invisible' boost. I am willing to pay that amount to Gree but no more thank you. I was a free gold player but now I am a one-off purchase gold player... lol

Let me help you guys. If you really want to play this game in a way that you can at least keep up a little bit with other gold spenders, you would need to purchase a minimum of 20 to 25 vaults of gold per month. That would never get you to the top and you will never win a leaderboard event but you may get into the second tier of gold players eventually.

The cost without the sale would be more than my monthly mortgage outgoings. I don't need to keep up with the gold spenders, I don't need to be on any leaderboard and I don't need any limited edition units. I enjoy playing the game without spending gold apart from this one off purchase to get the Composite building.

Thanks for the help... but I don't need it ;-)

I think you'll find its the free players that decided to spend this time and those who have no idea of the issues in the game. Whoever did its a loss to their own pocket as their output of cash compared to big gem buyers still wont cut it. There only pumping money into a broken game anyway.
