I don't play MW or know much about this, but wasn't there some issue where people's games got glitched (or something happened) and they wouldn't have any casualties? I thought I saw some "no-casualty glitch" talk creep into the CC forum not long ago.

Anyways, I'll say this because I haven't seen anyone else say it yet. Yes, this "B" guy could be a cheat, but it's also possible that there's something wrong with his game which isn't his fault and Gree can't find the cause and therefore cannot fix it (yet).

Definitely something strange going on there, but without any kind of proof I can't tell if he's cheating or if it's just another issue with the game. It's not like there are a shortage of those.

Someone attacked me with their 50k vs my 30k and won 1, lost 1. They have definitely tweaked something.

I suspect the game has worked by adding a random number between +/-X% to your attack, or the opponents defense, and the largest number wins. This means that if you are X% higher than the opponent, you would never lose. (What that X% I do not know, but I suspect it is, or was somewhere around 10%).

Now, it seems that one of the following has occurred:

1.) X has been increase. Although this would need to have been increased significantly, to at least 66%, which doesn't make a good deal of sense. Not only that, you would expect that someone with much higher stats would see the occasional rare failure of attack. It maybe rare, and we are victims of confirmation bias (the same reason people beleive horoscopes), but it "feels" more common than it should be.

2.) The importance of ATK and DEF points has changed. Previously these have contributed by adding a particular value to your A or D which figured into the equation. It is possible that these now contribute more to your particular values, or more realistically, contributes in a different way, shifting the bias of the ATK equation somehow.

3.) The Software guys had a jamba juice break, forgot to lock his PC, and one of the cleaners "had a go".
