Can't spend skill points? Bug?

I am up to 6 skill points now, every time I try to spend them, the game doesn't save my selections. Each time I chk my profile I still have 6 points to spend, no changes to my skills.
Anyone else having issues with spending(assigning) skill points?

You have new update,so update it,go to app store..If that dont resolve the isue than send a ticket to suport..
