Dry docks below level 50

I know the games changed over the yrs so this might be legit & they where brought before rules changed however this q. I really don't know the awanser to.

Can a player beloew level 50 have the dry docks legitimately?

Yes, if they bought it before there was a level requirement put on it.

this person must be a serious camper as this was instituted last January.

Yes. A mega Camper could potentially pull this off. I believe it was in Febuary/March of 2012 that they added a level Requirement to the Advanced Unit Buildings. Before that you could build it on any Level.

With that being said there are only a few who would be under Level 50 at this point in time still. I would imagine it would be very rare.

Seen around 7 pps with dry docks under level 50 first one I saw was at level 40 ish.
Scince I camp a lot I only notice them when I get attacked & the losses are too heavy for a normal attacker.
Ussaly find its a player with dry docks. So who knows how many more pps have them under level 50.
I do belive this pictular persons a hardcore camper by all I saw.

I'm one of the lucky ones. Lvl 14 with 54 stealth bombers and 34 aircraft carriers. Regret buying the bombers as the 195 million could be better used later for expensive upgrade.

I'm level 11. My Dry Docks are upgrading to level 7. I have 92 ACs and 92 SBs. Should I start to camp? lol
