Or risk being banned and with no negotiation. My modern war account has been banned and tickets closed because I had 200M which apparently is reason for a ban despite many of the upgrades costing over 1B and wins on scratchers being much higher than that.

The account is completely legit and I have spent about $500 on it, to start with I was sure it was a mistake and would be fixed up. When I finally heard back they said explain how you got 200M which almost made me laugh but playing the game I explained it considering it is only 7 days of collections and the account is over 10 months old surprised they couldn’t tell for themselves. Expected to get my account back and an apology but was certainly surprised to see my tickets were just closed and my account is still banned.

Now I need to decide what action to take next but raises the question for myself and many other CC players. My CC account often has well over 500M as that’s how much the upgrades cost now does that mean it is going to be banned too? Considering MW is meant to be a 10x multiplier over CC anyone with more than 20M should be banned without question if this approach is followed here. Which means anyone with a Casino, Nightclub or office block should be banned.

I remember awhile ago when people got the hammer for having to mutch cash on them. sounds like they did a sweep and you were one of them, deffenatly fight them if you have that much real money invested. One guy Mig got the hammer for over a week or so and he got his account back after long emails when it happend.

I've had people who accused me of cheating, I think that some may have reported me because my IPH is 2 mil. It's annoying.

Just send in a ticket to Cj ( Chris only) put in the header "account banned attn Cj " then be polite and explain what happened. You are lucky because there is a boss event. When they falsely banned my account, took about two weeks to figure it out on their side I was compensated some nice prizes for their error. Only get Cj. You got viet. He never reads past the first line. He sucks.

I regularly have over 2 billion dollars in hand in cc. Gree bans me, they've ensured a secure financial future for me. I have played the game for 15 months, and have spent more money than someone with my income should. Proczy, you've been a high income player for a long time, it is sad for me to see a fellow income-focused player ousted unfairly. Keep filing tickets.

I still think Gree did you a favor though. Theyve saved you money you would've spent in the future. Now you can spend it on a game that's worth it, or save it for real life. :)

Account has been restored now with just, on investigation it seems your account was banned incorrectly. No compensation for the 6 days lost and the hassle of having to prove my account was legit.

Did they pretty much just said tough ****, but we have filled your stamina and energy to make up for it (was middle of night so energy and stamina would have been full when i woke up anyway)

I'm worried about my crawler account in CC...with 45 Toilet Paper still left over, I'm able to beat the epic boss 40+ every time now.
